Never ever can get him on the phone tell you anything to get you off the phone not reliable. Leave messages not returned the assistant will take a message 50 times good luck

I’m also not one to complain I simply just know that life is messed up and will throw you some chunky hands sometimes and considered this to be another beat down from life. What I wasn’t expecting is for my attorney to do me the same way my ex did. I too didn’t have many assets to configure and simply needed the help of my attorney. He never remembered me or my circumstance, I had to consistently update and remind him of the proceedings within my case. It was like starting from square one every time we met or spoke. I didn’t spend much but it was a few thousand that I didn’t have to waste. He eventually withdrew from my case completing nothing and not even advising decent direction. He kept the thousands will not speak to or see me and used a reason to withdraw that was actually specifically between myself and he as my attorney. Which to me seemed very suspiciously like he was helping the other side. Because of this one circumstance I’ve lost the little faith that remained within this justice system. I’ve sat with many other attorneys that felt my pain understood my plight and came up with very well thought out ideas to reach a positive outcome but they do not reach to Forsyth. Unless your taking this guy to dinner enough for him to remember you and doing all the work yourself using him as the face, buyer please beware! There are a few other attorneys in the area that seem to be alittle more “in the game”

I found Mr. Knox and his associate, Julie, to be very helpful and supportive during a difficult time. They worked together to get me a fair outcome and were very supportive.

I am not one to leave bad reviews, but something needed to be said. I went to Knox for a divorce. I know I don't have all the info on what took place, but it took 22 months. Relatively speaking, we didn't have that much to divide, it's not like we were rich.

My biggest issues with this office was I would go months and months and not hear a word from him, and, this happened on more than one occasion. They were very slow to respond to my calls and emails. It ultimately ended up costing me another $8000.

Personally, I think Knox is at the end of his career. He is getting up there in age and confusing names, not remembering significant issues. For example, at the final hearing referred to me by the name of my ex-husbands attorney, in open court.

This office may (or may not) be sufficient for wills and such, but anything complicated, I would recommend a younger, sharper attorney, with an efficient assistant.
