I feel like I’m being scammed by this guy, I’ve been patient with him. I get really bad vibes from him. He always tells me that he will send me a packet about my case or give me a call and never do.

This law office doesn't even deserve 1 star. Google will NOT allow you to post without using the star rating... Now, back to Lowendick. He lies, his employees lie. He will lead you to believe he's actually working for you but in reality he's working against you, and than before you know it you've exceeded the statute of limitations on your case. He did just that to my husband, we were referred by my Aunt, and he screwed her over a mo after he did my husband.

He and my soon to be ex has gotten up in front of the judge and has told numarous lies on me. And i. Front of our son who knows that he is lieing. Then brings up my past 20 years ago that i had told micky before our marriage because of trust and didnt fill at the time that when we where married in our 50's it was to be forever. Lawyers dont realize a narcissist when they have one and they also dont know the tole they put on a wife and her son. They have hurt us to now My son and i are in concealing once a week. I have beed on concealing and marriage concealing from the start of our problems. The husband quit 2nd go around. This attorney will set the other spouse up also thinking it will run the other way. I dont know id he has a family or not i dont see how. He is a good lier probably has done the same as my husband. Lie cheat and steal.

Preparing lawsuit for breach of contract. Filing grievance for not returning my personal belonging. Tried acting a fool to catch his attention, but this clown doesn’t seem like he cares.

Reaching out to each and every single one of Durance’s victims who were screwed by this crook within last 3 years. If he wants a fight, I’m willing to make it a challenge for him.

The best and professional attorney in town, he knows what the best for clients and he cater to your suits and I would never ask for other attorney to work on my divorce, child custody as well as re-arraigned or re-open my divorce case other than him and with reasonable $$$$$$$$..... strongly recommend

Pure example of a crook.

My daughter had a workers comp case and a car accident case with Lowendick. The car accident case went almost as expected. However, the workers comp case was botched. Lowendick didn't follow up on our concerns and could not articulate why the settlement was less than he originally stated which, as he loves to say, was based on his 33 yrs of experience. There is too much turn over in this firm, a "office manager" who has no concept of client relations and most importantly they didnt have the resources or personnel to adequately and properly manage our case at that time. Just as Dorothy was told in the Wizard of Oz never mind the man behind the curtain, you should never mind this law firm.

Pretty much what everybody else said. This guy is a crook and should not be allowed to practice law. Every time I call Im told that he is unavailable and never get a call back. Its been almost a year and there has been no progress on my child custody case. Please beware of him

BEWARE OF THIS GUY! He's a crook! He'll tell you what you want to hear before you pay him... then as soon as that check clears you'll never hear from him again! Hell send his 18 year old helper with absolutely no experience in court to fight for you. It's ridiculous. If I could go back in time, I'd be better off being on my own and saving myself $3500! Piece of crap dishonest attorney! This is the guy who gives attorneys a bad name! My son punched someone in the face with his hand ONE TIME, FIRST OFFENCE! Got 2-10 years! 2 YEARS in jail, with 10 YEARS probation! Look it up! I would have done better representing him MYSELF! I gave one star... because I couldn't give 0!
