Worst ever, would not fight for the money on the table, drug it out for over 2 years and then wanted us to settle for pennies. Needless to say we fired them and settled for thousands with another lawyer 2 months later out of court. Would not recommend vanzant law firm in Cummings Ga.

My wife hired them and the attorney didn't collect all the medical records and then tried to settle with the insurance company without consulting my wife first. Even with Target having the accident on video and admitting fault they still managed to blow the case.
We are out tens of thousands of dollars on a potential 1-2 million lawsuit.

I suffered an injury due to the negligence of a large telecommunications company in properly maintaining their equipment. My experience with Van Sant Law was incredible. I was t-boned on my way home from work and suffered lower back injuries that required extensive care: 3 months of seeing a chiropractor and then an orthopedic specialist for a series of epidural shots. I was in constant pain, and the lawyers at Van Sant worked diligently to ensure the $33,000 in medical bills were paid by the at fault driver’s insurance, as well as getting me a very fair settlement for possible future issues with my back.

Once I signed the contract with Van Sant, my rep, Jeremy Karassik, immediately got me in to see a wonderful chiropractor, Dana Kind, and when further care was recommended, he put me in contact with a fantastic specialist, Dr. Bendicks. Van Sant Law is the BEST injury attorney in the state of Georgia. I got injured back in September, and they set me up with the best doctors and got me feeling back to my normal self! They always put me and my questions first and it made the whole process a whole lot easier!

I was really disappointed in this Law Firm. I trusted them to handle my case but instead they left me with a lot of bills acquired while they were “ representing “ me. The insurance (that I had been paying for full coverage insurance, including uninsured motorist and all the works) had changed my policy after I was hit, lied and said I changed it and had signed it, which never happened. My grandsons were hurt, they were supposed to be representing them also but after a while backed out on them also. I was devastated. The lady that hit me was in their company’s truck and they are bonded, her car insurance lapse that day. I felt that they only wanted to help if they could make money without doing any work. You feel really vulnerable and don’t really know where to start and what to do so you look for someone to guide you. I did all the right things. I had the right coverage so if someone did hit me and wasn’t covered then I was still taken care of. Someone with The insurance company lied and they changed my policy without my permission and said that I signed it( beware of electronic signatures, I learned first hand that they can be manipulated) but you expect your attorney to filter through that because who pays for full coverage and it doesn’t cover anything, NOBODY that’s who. They’re trying to make me pay for my grandchildren medical bills, we racked up all these medical bills and they dropped me as a client, I am really hurt and disappointed . Do yourself a favor and check out the history of your Lawyer, if they have any bad reviews, look elsewhere.

A big rig truck turned into me and totaled my car on August 11 2016, my injuries were resolved and I had a check by June 28 2017. Back in August 2016 I was referred to Van Sant Law by my chiropractor Dr. Forrest Watts (who fixed 3 herniated discs and some other stuff!!!!), and I am very pleased and thankful for the referral. Everyone I met at Van Sant Law was amazing. All I had to do was show up to meet a guy offsite once to sign the initial papers, and show up to pick up my check and sign the final papers. They are a great team, I can't express how great they are. Beau Pirkle is a no-nonsense, direct, and to the point kind of guy which I appreciated especially in the early stages when I was still in pain. He went out of his way to have conversations with me (as did Michael Horst and Megan!) Megan was very patient with me when I was calling all the time trying to figure out what to do. Thanks Beau, Megan, and Michael! The opposing counsel was a bit hard-nosed in the beginning and the case was handed off to Michael Horst whom I am very pleased with. He was on my side 110% and I felt really confident in his hands. In the end everything went so well for me. Even after I had to testify on the witness stand when the truck driver fought the ticket and he was found not guilty by the jury Michael Horst was still able to work with the opposing counsel to get me a good amount of money that I was pleased with.
