Attorney Evans represented me in a very big felony case. I had googled so many lawyers and called and each one was only keen on taking my money before even speaking with me. He told me to come in. Evan Watson is the best you can get! I was in a total FUBAR situation. Seeing how serious it was driving under suspension in Cummings, Ga. I was moved to get a lawyer. I found Evan on Google and saw the reviews. I was impressed and called. Boy I was happy I did. After consulting with him I hired. Next day I go to office and made payment then headed to court. Before I could enter he met me and made me feel like he was really in control. I didn't have to even go to court. After assessment of my situation he got my case postponed for nearly a year until I got all my fines and suspensions time served. I had five different suspensions in five states...plus Ga. After everything was said and done I left court with a promise to get my license. Even after the case was over Evan and his staff was able to secure my release from another state. He is still after the fact helping me currently get my license back. This man is what a lawyer should be. Honest, caring, understanding, willing to fight. Most of all not one lie did he tell me. Evan is top notch, you will see this guy’s name around Atlanta no doubt. He made the prosecution look like they were fresh out of law school if that. So, last year after leaving a friend’s house I found myself in a lot of trouble, a DUI and Hit-and-Run. I wanted to take a moment to share my experience using Evan Watson. I hate to admit it but I have been through the legal system from one side and spit out the other and about 20 cases in between over a 25 year period. I have seen the most pathetic, greediest and unscrupulous lawyers doing their thing here in Georgia. I have always used the best to obtain the best results. And by best I don’t mean most expensive. I want to get what I pay for. I also don’t want to go to jail or be fined to death. I got Evans information from my main lawyer of going on 20 years. Evan Watson is worth every penny he is paid. Evan has adroitly guided me through the uncertainty and trepidation of a few cases over the last several years. When I got tangled up in a bad situation and disproportionately charged, he never doubted my side of the story. He even displayed genuine empathy throughout the entire process. He worked with the prosecutor on the facts of the case and was able to get a trumped up violent felony reduced to a misdemeanor plea with no jail time. He understood the odds were stacked against me, but didn't just 'run me through the system' to get the case off of his books. I was then charged with a couple DUIs. He was able to coach me on what to do to get ahead of the probation violations. He worked with the probation office and the prosecutor in both circumstances to negotiate outcomes that ensured the state was satisfied and that I was on a practical and healthy path. Evan got ahead of the court calendar and ran one of the cases through to get all the time and stipulations ran concurrent with my probation case. Months later, he was able to negotiate my other DUI down to a reckless driving charge. He worked to get the facts behind the circumstances of the charge presented to the prosecutor through a series of motions. Was able to convey that the case was not substantial and how I was on the right path. Another DUI charge would have completely set me back to square one. I am on the right path now and I give a lot of that credit to Evan. He help guide me through what would help me and kept 'the wolf' from the door legally. He has an unimpeachable knowledge of our legal system and experience in getting results. He will not 'blow smoke' but tell you how it is from the start. I knew I was facing some serious consequences and Evan never tried to sweet talk me with promises to earn my business. There is a sign in Evan's office, it says 'Always listen to your attorney's advice'. I am stubborn, and very defensive. In my initial case, Evan coached me to walk up to the stand, admit to the slew of accusations against me, and guaranteed me the judge would accept the plea. Personally, I had no belief I would walk out the front door of the courthouse if I did that, there was no way I thought a judge would let me off with probation, but he did. Evan even told me, he had never seen that judge complement a defendant the way the judge complemented me for taking ownership of my charges that day. My partner and I had been struggling for years due to his lack of license. Many years ago before we met, he had his license suspended in another Georgia and he had run into so many road blocks in trying to get his license back that he had given up. We don’t live in Georgia.
We had reached a point where we had taken all the steps and completed all the requirements but still needed a Georgia judge to lift the only requirement that could not be completed from outside of Georgia.
We had been looking for a lawyer in Georgia for a while when we finally found Evan Watson. For $750 he was able to get this all finally taken care of for us (without us ever having to set foot in Georgia) and it was done in a short amount of time considering we had been waiting to have this all resolved for 10 years. Mr Evan Watson was a God send and blessing to our family. My partner finally having his license again means that we don’t have to spend $400 a month on Uber for him to get to and from work and he can help more with errands and the kids transportation needs too.

Last memorial day i wrecked my car and was charged with Dui, Dui less safe, no seatbelt and failure to maintain lane. Evan watson came to my rescue he was with me 110% on my case he is an outstanding Dui lawyer. I went to court today and was aquitted of all charges due to evan watson i would recommend him to anyone forsyth county police officers where jack legs and didnt persue anything farther with the scene last night.
