They blatantly misrepresented the numbers needed for escrow - incorrectly making it look like my taxes were $12k/year instead of less than half of that.

Causing the monthly mortgage payments to be much higher than it was supposed to be. Their customer service was non-existent - rude and confrontational. They only cared about getting their fee while they screwed over the buyer.

Untrustworthy - it took mortgage company 18 months to fix all Campbell & Brandon's errors and mistakes. Chase Bank themselves said this title company was a hack job.

Amazing closing experience! Excellent closing attorney-you can tell he's done this a few times with how efficient he is getting the papers signed and in order! Coffee/snack/candy bar are a VERY nice touch! Beautiful entry and friendly staff. Throughout the entire process the pre-closers were in constant contact and love that we don't have to leave with a stack of tree in our bags-provided a thumb drive and electronic copies of everything. Got a mistake when doing loan pay off, need the closing attorney's help whose name is angela Ottilo, she replied my email said she will sign an attorny to handle my case, then I waited for almost a month, during this period she never pick up the phone or return my voice mail. Finally replied me with a sorry and said my document is under review, then another 4 days passed, let's see what will happen next.

I loved how the Closing Attorney (Soha Roozitalab) explained every document the clients were signing making them feel comfortable about signing it and how she interacted with everyone at the table. Campbell and Brannon also treats the Agents and Clients very special giving them packets and thank yous when everything is complete not just handing over a check. Additionally, Alpharetta Campbell and Brannon has a beautiful office with a waiting area full of healthy snacks and drinks - making it very comfortable for both Buyer and Seller! We all met each other there first before going into the Closing.
One last thing, the pre Closer (Tiffany Bartam) was awesome too! From start to finish she was on top of everything and assisted where she could.
