I have got my new H1B Visa approved for a term of three years. Attorneys from Gokare provided a strong and meticulous documentation for RFE response proving Specialty occupation and Employer employee relationship.

They are in a rush and do not answer properly , did not answer my RFE properly :( I repent going here. After the loss is all done they just blame it on USCIS . Dont waste ur money going here.

They don't deserve a single star... make errors in filling forms and don't notice when the immigration department sends them notice and don't reply to them. It's total waste of time and money. Do not hire this law firm for your filing of H1 or any of the immigration filing. This people are careless and makes mistakes...TOTAL WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY

Didn't even deserve a single star, they made blunder mistake in my I-129 which became denial of H1 these people are careless they are concern with only attorney fees, they didn't even check the letter for the reason of denial when I received I checked and reverted back to them then they noticed. Outside DTP workers are far better to fill out the forms then this law firm. Absolutely unacceptable..

GLF was extremely irresponsible with my H1 petition, never seen an immigration law firm be this hopeless and irresponsible. decision on the petition is irrelevant, won't blame them entirely for the denial. They did not communicate with me or the employer for more than 2 months after they got a notice. I had to write to them asking about the notice after seeing the status update on USCIS website about denial. fortunately I am still in legal status, they could have gotten me deported for over staying my visa. All through the process they had a give up attitude. would never want to work with them again.

I am on OPT and applied for H1B for FY 2019, while replying for RFE they did not handled my case properly and got the denial. Even though when i applied for premium processing the next day USCIS sent the denial notice and USCIS returned the processing fee of $1410 while GLF charged me $130 for that. horrible experience!!
Edit: This was not the case, i have seen the denial notice and nowhere project duration issue is mentioned. In notice-of-denial cause was the "Employer - employee relationship". In client letter my project name was different and in supporting documents my project name was different. It was a blunder.
