Deciding to file bankruptcy is usually a last resort when someone is at their breaking point mentally with financial problems. Although Denise is very helpful and accomadating, she was the only one I spoke with 95% of the time. Mr Cherney is honest but the communication you have with him will be extremely limited.

For the past several years, I have thought about filing bankrupcy. I have read many websites and books out how to manage your debt or just start over from the beginning. Simply put, I wanted to stop a garnishment of my wages, at a job I had just started after almost a year of unemployment. The garnishment was because of a 10 year old car repossession, that I had all but forgotten. Mr. Cherney's website was one of the first of many law firms that I looked up. I decided to work with him, because he outlined the process and charged what I felt was a very reasonable price.

At one point, I was concerned about making a (prearranged) payment, I spoke with him about it and he worked with me, no problem. Since my wife was a bank manager, the stigma of filing a chapter 7 was very troublesome, Mr Cherney, made the process easy and understandable. Before I knew it, it was over! I even had to bring in extra documents and instead of having to go back to court, Mr Cherney worked with the system so I only had to make one court appearance!
