This January 2019 Burrow and Associates has replaced there person in Kennesaw office with the Best paralegal ever Mrs. Marsi Truelove Mavity. They moved her from the Conyers location. She is Amazing! She answer me back on every call and email. Explains everything in terms that I can understand and she doesn't care how many question you have she answers them all. Both times we met with her she never rushed us. She always left enough time between each client to cover all the bases. Best experience I have ever had. Meeting Lawyers, court and the whole experience is nerve racking and Marsi made us feel completely calm and relaxed. She always made sure I new she had everything covered and not to worry. They will tell you to contact them via email with any questions but they will not respond. I have sent several emails requesting a follow up on when my case may be processed and if they have all of the materials they need from me in order to do so but there has been no response by email or phone. I guess once you give them your money they push your case to the side. I am very disappointed that I chose this firm for my case. Now I am considering going elsewhere but I am not sure whether they have started my case or not. I think it is very unprofessional that they cannot answer a simple email.
