I started working with Brain Limbocker about three years ago. The first year I met with him during my decision to file. Like most hard working people, I saw filing as a sign of failure in my life. Filing Bankruptcy was something I thought I would never have to do. However, after seeing the results I am so glad we did! I was looking for a small local office so I would not get "lost" in the machine of a big law firm. I also wanted someone who I could trust and work with someone who knew the GA Law and its limitations. The problem with the large companies is that you're just a number and they just file and forget you. Not this FIRM! They are very family friendly watch out for the clients they serve. They respond quickly and are extremely knowledgeable. My favorite way to communicate is via email so that made it even easier as they responded back quickly. They are very trustworthy and I felt comfortable knowing I was covered with attorney client privilege. They have given me such great advice on things. I cannot say how much he has helped our family. We have an autistic son and twin daughters. During the recession I had to take a lower paying job as they were terminating my position. Brain was able to save our house, car, and still keep our payments very low. Just when we thought it was over and we would lose everything we had, today we are back on track with NO Credit Card or other debt! My credit report has improved as I am not late on payments anymore and my debt to income ratio has improved drastically.
