I was in a bad accident a year and a half past. There was clear admission of guilt by the other driver. Ken, literally is suing the insurance company from a cut and dry accident. I'm trusting in the process but it seems sketchy. Amazing, you're hurt by someone else's careless driving, out of work temporarily, working through pain, quitting work early to attend doctor appointments, it's an annoyance!

My only concern aside from the insurance company stalemate is more communication from the law firm, not too much but some.
