Lindsey Burcham was very unprofessional and was a very ineffective counsel. She was late to every court appearance. She answered maybe 10% of our phone calls. After one meeting at our home when she was leaving she put our entire file on the back of her truck and drove away. Our entire file including personal information was spread all over the street 2 houses away. A neighbor found it and set it on top of the community mailbox which we found the next day. When we called her she didn't answer, so we left a message asking her if she had our file. Her response via text was yes she had it. We told her no we have it, as it was found all over the street. Her response was OMG. Lindsey has very little knowledge of the law and legal system. I would not recommend her to anyone.
