I can't imagine what the 1 star review is about except to say that you can't please everyone. Lydia was recommended to me through 2 friends who wouldn't have recommended her if she wasn't worth her salt. She very much is worth her salt. Lydia is professional, knowledgeable, engaging, funny, straight forward, helpful, communicative, friendly, and tough. Pretty much the whole package She's helped to walk me through the painful process of divorce and I have zero complaints about her or her services.
