I fired my lawyer and hired workers compensation southern California to wrap up my case. I do not want to get into everything my first lawyer did wrong, but let's say he did a terrible job. When I called and spoke to Jose about my claim. He was very honest about the damage that had been done to my case by my previous lawyer and made no guarantees he could get me more money. After a long process I did receive a settlement I am pleased with and most of all, I am very happy my surgery went well on my hand. I am able to work and relatively pain free. When I started my search for a workers compensation attorney in Ontario for my back injury I wanted to find a law firm who was experienced and aggressive. I called around, spoke to a handful of firms but I chose to hire Jose because he was he most patient at answering my questions and I went with my gut feeling. I have had a very good experience working with Tony, Jose and all the lovely ladies in the office, but I can say that I did not have a pleasurable experience being injured and left with chronic pain. This is of course no the fault of my lawyer, it was just a terrible circumstance that life dropped in my lap.
