Weird old has been....she needs to retire .

What could've been a 3 year case, unfortunately for us became a 10 year penalty Thanks to Mrs. Washington! I was pleased with her work at the beginning, but then we had to go to Immigration court, we had to reschedule because Mrs. Washington decided to go check on another case while we waited and didnt come back. We over saw that and continued with her. We were ok for a while, then my husband had to leave the country through voluntary departure. I tried to stay in contact with her, calling her office for updates, it was difficult getting a hold of Mrs. Carrye and her staff would say, ill relay the message and have soneone get back to you.....they never did! The worst part of all was asking if the pardon request was sent....i would ask them and they said "oh, yes, it was sent, we are just waiting for a response." We never got a response, i asked for a receipt # and they said they hadn't received one and when I asked for the 10th time, i was given my husbands case#. I knew that wasn't it! So, now going 7 years into this process, i removed my case from her hands and am now happily with a wonderful lawyer! Our pardon was NEVER sent! I would NEVER recommend The law office of carrye washington to any of my family ir friends!!!!!

I strongly recommend that you don't waste your time and money here. Kathy was unprofessional only worried about collecting money and not helping at all. The only person that really helped was Luis. I ended up doing most of the paper work at the end. All they did is collet their money. Don't go here. Nothing was resolved at the end.

Horrible service the lady assisted in the front is rude and mean. They suck at their job. If I could put 0 stars I would . Don’t wast your money and time with this people.

Very disappointed and likes to take her sweet time for everything my husband was detained at adelantó she never processed anything and didn't even give me all my money back and her staff horrible very rude waste of time and money

She is the best immigration Attorney!!! She was there with us until our case was closed!!! She helped my husband get his residence!!!
