Easy, quick response and service. Mr. Diaz was always available, and if he was in court, he would always return my phone calls. I came to his office because my ex did not want me to see my child. I work in the tech industry but I could not find any real information on a good child custody attorney. After going through the internet and visiting 4 lawyers, I contracted Mr. Diaz to represent me and to file whatever needed to be filed right away so my rights as a Father could be ordered and I could see my child when I wanted. Mr. Diaz got on the case right away. On the second day he personally called me and told me we had a court hearing in a few weeks. At the court hearing he spoke with the judge and argued against my ex's attorney. What my attorney said was sounded much better than what my ex's attorney was arguing, even though I didn't know how to argue law, it just sounded understandable and at the end the judge made the Legal Custody Order and I got what I requested, which was my right to have my daughter 50% of the time. My ex kept filing papers, and at the three hearing we had to go, we won every one of them. At the last hearing, the judge made my ex pay my attorney's fees, because she got caught in more than one little lie by Mr. Diaz. I thank my attorney, Edgar Diaz for doing his job and getting me the legal court order for the custody of my daughter. I would recommend Edgar Diaz to anyone going through a divorce, or child custody matters, or even criminal cases and car accident cases. He talks to you and listens to everything you have to say, and then he tells you what he will do to win your case. The other attorney's just spoke, and didn't really listen or explain what they were going to do. That is why I chose Mr. Edgar, and that was the best choice. Now he is handling my car accident case which happened after I got my child custody orders in place. He is doing a great job. I trust him, so it's good to know an attorney you can trust.

The attorney Diaz was very knowledgeable and helpful in my child custody case. I needed to have my children with me more time and my former partner kept filing papers that did not make sense to me. My ex was angry at me because of our troubles, but long story short, Mr. Diaz made sure the judge saw what type of person my former partner was. I was very pleased with the legal representation by Attorney Edgar. He knows how to get things done, file papers, I really did not know how he did it, but it worked, and I just wanted to post that attorney Edgar is a true attorney. He helps you. The only part is that my costs were very high and attorney Edgar didn''t want to lower them. But I guess that is what attorney's do, . Attorney Edgar however did have my former partner pay a portion of the fees, however it was expensive. But if that's what it takes to have my children with me and have the judge know what type of person my ex partner became during this process, then I would do it again. The judge made the orders I wanted, and made them permanent.
And Edgar is my attorney for everything now. I'm hoping he will lower my bills if I post this. lol. It was a stressful situation, but now at least I can smile again.
