Horrible attorney. Never gave options other than bankruptcy, didn't tell my mom that she could lose her house, had her remove her retirement IRA money from an account that was safe from bankruptcy and charged her to fight for some money and her house, but didn't show up to the hearing. Her new attorney is cleaning up the mess, but she is losing money due to his wrong actions. If you want to lose everything, then he is for you. If you want someone that knows what they are doing, then he is not for you.
