Crappy service, LONG service, and continuous errors made throughout my case. Not to mention terrible communication skills. Sometimes I didn't receive a reply for up to almost a month, WITHOUT explanation of why or an apology. This sorry excuse for a firm is doing the bare minimum and is only going ruin itself. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE! Can't stress it enough. ;)

Talk about an attitude! This firm serves someone incorrectly and will not be the least apologetic after causing distress to the individual they served! But don't try to explain yourself because Deedra Van Strien will tell you she's got 23 years experience. Perhaps she's a frustrated Litigation Paralegal who desires to be an attorney. Most customer or client centric companies will come across apologetic and take ownership of their mistake to quickly resolve things for the person they inconvenienced. As the individual that was wrongfully attacked and being rightfully upset, Deedra raises her voice to tell us to take a better attitude or she'll hang up and let us figure out what to do. What a piece of work! Well, if you're considering Paliwoda & Paliwoda to handle your vehicle accident case or have an injury claim resulting from an auto accident you might consider contacting someone else. I'm sure Deedra's attitude is only professional when it suits HER and the $$ that Paliwoda and Paliwoda speculates they'll receive. So, Deedra, I will figure out what needs to be done. But hopefully prospective clients will review this and have second thoughts on retaining Paliwoda and Paliwoda for their injury related or auto accident case! Go figure this one out.. HA!
