I got to work with Attorney Robert through my sister, who found him on Yelp. We were international students, so we depended heavily on the student visas. Once we passed the STEM OPT period, we needed to start the green card process right away. I was able to come in agreement with my employer to hire Attorney Robert to work on the green card process. He was professional and helpful to both my employer and I in explaining and preparing the whole process. He mostly worked along with my employer (specifically the HR Manager, who would like to pass along her gratitude to Attorney Robert for making the whole process so easy for her). A lot of documents were needed throughout the waiting process from both my employer’s side and my side but as long as they were kept on file, you should be fine!

I was then out of work for a while due to my expired STEM OPT card and Attorney Robert was able to convince me that everything will be alright. It took about 1 year and 7 months for me to get the green card interview notice. Fortunately, I did not encounter any obstacles during the waiting process (i.e audit, lack of documents etc), which is due to the Team’s effort (including Aileen and Khriztyn) and professionalism in handling the whole process!

Then, for the final interview, I was accompanied by Attorney Susu, who also had me properly prepared for the interview. Prior to the interview, she gave me some questions that could possibly be asked by the interviewer, which did not even cross my mind. She also asked me to prepare extra documents from school because she has seen many cases in which the interviewer asks for these random documents. I appreciated that because it helped me to handle the interviewer’s questions in a more professional manner. The duration of the interview was approximately 45 minutes. However, I did not get the green card approval right away afterwards due to an error in the immigration office’s system but Attorney Susu also convinced me that my case should pass through.

I highly recommend D'Andrea Law Corporation for any immigration related matters. I was very picky in terms of who to work with for my case as I had some certain concerns about it. I spoke with Robert for my initial consultation for my adjustment of status case and he was very calm, knowledgeable, respectful, and above all, understanding about the stressful situation I was in. He told me not to worry about anything as there was nothing wrong with my case. Their rate for my application was extremely fair too.
When I decided to go with them, my case was assigned to Susu who was just as good as Robert. She was extremely responsive (the longest I had to wait for a response from her was no longer than a day) considering how many times I asked her questions. I even sent her articles I had found online which she took the time to read and tell me they wouldn't apply to my case (she was right about that).
Another important thing to me was when I wanted to expedite my EAD application, I read on most online forums that attorneys wouldn't help with expedite requests, but all it took for me was an email to Susu and she took care of the expedite process (I got my EAD card 3 weeks later).

I am a Molecular Biologist in cancer research. I interviewed multiple lawyers for my NIW greencard petition before I found Bob. A lot of my friends said to me "the lawyer does nothing" and "you have to do all the work yourself anyway, all they do it put their name on it". That was definitely NOT the case with Bob, he was the first lawyer where I felt my money is truly "well spent". He took a lot of time to meet with me, to get all the information he needed, to understand my case, and he wrote a fantastic personalized petition on my behalf. It was very easy to communicate with him, and he helped me collect all of the proof I needed and to make my case even stronger. He was also very patient with me and all of my questions.

Perhaps the only thing that was a little disappointing was the fact that my EAD card initially somehow didn't get delivered. Of course that was not their fault, but when I didn't receive the card, his office kept saying I just had to keep waiting, and I ended up chatting with a different attorney who checked for me and figured out what was going on.
