Do not go to this law firm. Do not let the 4.9 star rating fool you because as an seo guy, you can easily make your business a 5 star all it takes is consistency and carefully picking out certain customers who were happy with the odd time you provided good service then ask them to rate you. I was late with my appointment because they refused to set it at my availability. They literally set it the same day I had a doctor's appointment. I drive 2hr 10mins because of traffic accidents along the way. I called 2 to 3 times informing them what was happening on the road and why I will be late. I get to the office one of the lawyers starts yelling at me why was you late!?"Literally the first thing he said as if I was his kid. Keep in my mind I'm a combat veteran and I have been in Iraq and Afghanistan. Hence I'm no kid. I asked what's with the belligerent attitude? He said because you are late. I told him I know I called 2 times. I also called yesterday to set an appointment today to prevent this from happening. He says we'll it's common sense everyone is closed on new years I told him that's not what the lady over chat room told me. She assured me you guys weren't but no one picked up. He looks at my form and say this is not going to work out and walked off.

Affordable monthly payments, made sure I had all the paperwork, appointments, etc. to make this a real life changing experience. Was buried in CC debt mostly due to health reasons. I am so glad they helped me.

I was welcomed with open arms even from the first phone call. Once I made it to the office I still felt as though they cared. Everything was explain to me, and Mr. Borowiwitz made sure that i understood the whole process.

I felt very comfortable from the moment I first spoke to Debra to set up an appointment. When I walked into the office the receptionist was very nice. I felt relaxed as soon as I spoke to Mr
Horowitz. He made me feel that everything would be okay. I left the office feeling very satisfied and content.

I have only just signed up after my free initial consultation, however my meeting with this firm instills me with confidence that they will work with me towards the best solution, whatever that might be. I was not pressured in any way to sign up with their firm, but elected to do so after a lengthy discussion and having all of my questions answered.

The *only* reason I gave four stars instead of five is I am reserving that final star for after I have had further dealings with them. Although I don't expect this to be the case, it's not impossible that an initial consultation goes well but later dealings fall flat.

Side note:
If you are headed to their Covina office, do not listen to Google Maps. It will lie to you. Listen to the directions the firm provides you instead.

I needed help and found Borowitz &Clark right away. As I walked in so nervous but the woman was so nice and friendly I relaxed. I got a appointment wit Mr. Borowitz and he was very nice and friendly. He explained the procedure step by step. I didn't have the fee so I was given a monthly plan which helped me so much. I have had my daughter give the Borowitz & Clark to her friend and she has chosen them also. A very great company helping people with their problems. I will keep referring them to friends.

I was treated with respect and not once did anyone treat me like I was any less of a person because of my circumstances or make me feel I was doing anything wrong.
