I approached the Law Offices of Omar Gastelum & Associates through a recommendation from a well trusted friend. I sought after a consultation that would help me with my small start up company. Not really knowing much about the backbone of business and the legality side, from the receptionist at the front, to the consultation with Mr. Gastelum, they were not only considerate and professional, but I instantly knew I could trust them. Other law offices I went to for a consultation made the process difficult and made myself and my business partner feel like our company, work, and ideas were unimportant or irrelevant. The compassion these people showed for seemingly simple questions involving the trademark process and infringement of copyright material was unparalleled. I know many people say they hardly write reviews, but I am an extreme to that notion. Leaving a review has never even crossed my mind, but I wanted to make sure that another small company, who may feel like nobody cares, hears about this office.

Was referred to this office by legal shield. I have never in my life received rude and arrogant service the way I did yesterday. I needed a response to a cease and desist. I spoke with a woman assistant on Dec 26th to set up a consultation for dec 30th. She asked me to provide the information and send it to her email so the attorney Omar was prepared, which i did and received a “received” email reply from her that day. Once I spoke with him one of the last things he said after our talk was asking me to send over the paperwork so he can look over it. I explained that I had already done that. I definitely was under the assumption that he had already read over the information but he clearly didn’t even take the time to review it prior to our consultation. He left the call saying he would review and then call me back. Which i never received a call. On Jan 6th I give the office a call and they said he had been out “sick” and that i was required to make another consultation appointment. This was set for Jan 8th at 1:30pm. With each call the assistant calls you the day prior to make sure you are still available for the next day consult. Tuesday she calls me I answer and let her know that I am. I literally moved my client appointments around to make sure. Was available at 1:30pm. Wednesday comes around, i sit outside my clients office waiting for the call and nothing ever comes through. At 1:50pm I give them a call and explain that i had an appointment at 1:30 and no one has called me yet. Immediately , the man says “yes he did call” just like that with the most rudest attitude ever. I asked if he left a message and he says hold on. Mind you he doesn’t even know my name or ask for it. Then he gets back on the phone and says “the lawyer did call you and he did leave a message” which i reply no he did not i have no messages and have been waiting around for the call. I asked to speak with someone else and he says “there’s no one else to speak to, you need to call Parker and Stan cause that who I’m calling as I’m not going back and forth with you, and get a new referral” and then hangs up in my face.

I have never in my life been treated so rudely. This place is unprofessional to say the least. The woman there attempts to be but everyone has an attitude and is not actually looking to help you. I will be sharing my experience everywhere as this has now set me back on a time sensitive case and now i have to start all over finding a new company referral. Which i guess was for the best as I wouldn’t want my business lol legal affairs touched by such unprofessionalism.

I had to use this Law Firm for a name that was very complicated because it was from 31 years ago. It was done very quickly and efficiently. I was very happy with the whole process start to finish.

This past year I needed legal assistance without knowing who to go to I was given a good word about the Law Offices of Omar Gastelum & Associates​. The moment I walked into the office I was treated well with friendly assistance​ by the others in the office. The consultation process with Omar was fluid and was not rushed. Overall with the help of Omar Gastelum & Associates the case was overturned​ in our favor which truly was a blessing. From beginning to post case results they were helpful through the whole process which meant a lot​. Their services were top tier and would recommend​ to others in need of legal assistance​.

Staff was just unprofessional and quite rude. Over heard attorney say just "reschedule I have no obligation" two ladies walked in asking for consultation fees. I'm glad I just walked out. I work with attorneys all day long and this is the worst.

Marianne wrote me the most ridiculous letter ever. I actually laughed at how poorly and unprofessional the letter was. Spelled name wrong, had my address wrong, had words mixed together instead of spaces between words. I am not sure if the letter they sent me was really from this company or not? I have been trying to call this company and nobody seems to return my call. This person or company cannot even write properly... I would be scared to have them represent me. This is only a testimonial based on my experience with this company. They might be a good law firm to other people, but my first impression with them has been a terrible experience.

Spoke with Andrew Kaver from this firm, and he was the most arrogant and ignorant lawyer I've ever dealt with. Not sure about the owner Omar or others at the firm, but Andrew is truly bad.
