I had made a bad choice during a bad time in my life. I was unfortunately arrested for what I have done. Being 21 years old, I have a lot to lose. I faced the consequences for what I have done.

As a college student aspiring to get a well paying career job, I knew that my arrest would leave a record on background checks especially with what I was arrested for. Ann consulted with us on our daughter’s case and was very open, honest, and comforting. First off Ann Gottesman is an incredible attorney. In October of 2016, I was arrested for my first DUI offense with an accident. I contact Ann's office and meet with her right away. She worked with me on a payment plan. Ann took care of all my court appearances and DMV hearing. Let me start by saying Ann is NOT like other lawyers. She is caring, smart, a fighter, helpful and sticks by you through everything. Attorney Ann represented me in a very stressful drug and Dui case about 9 months ago. I had a professional license and driving as a living. I won't go into all the details here, except to say that in the beginning everything seemed hopeless, but after I hired Ann I knew I got the right attorney! She kept me informed and was accessible to me after hours by cell phone. How many lawyers give their clients their cell number? Her fees were reasonable, towards the middle range of what I was getting quoted but I am really glad I did not just hire the cheapest lawyer.
