Mr. Medina has represented me on serveral occasions. He handled a highly contentious child custody and child support case against father of my son. He is very knowledgeable, assertive, and confident. He is well known at the court house as everyone seemed to greet him. When doing my research in selecting an attorney, I noticed that he is former military officer and former police officer which I thought would be a good asset in experience. I highly recommend him.

After reading the negative reviews of Mr. Medina, I felt compelled to write a review myself. Mr. Medina is a top notch attorney. I found that he was very attentive and listened as I related details of my mistake of a marriage. I initially tried to go pro per, but as I did not know what I was doing and my ex had a pretty savvy attorney, I was fighting a losing battle. I decided that I would have to hire an attorney myself. After doing some extensive research and had a couple of consultations, I decided my best bet was to hire Mr. Medina. Needless to say I’m a very happy camper. Not only did Mr. Medina help me keep my house, I was also able to keep my 401k and other sentimental valuables. I recommend Mr. Medina 100%. You absolutely will not regret it.

Again just as Mark Lopez/ MarkiemarkA wrote on Yelp, he is now on Google lying about Attorney R. Medina. I hired Atty. Medina to handle my son’s child custody case. I paid for it all and M. Lopez is again claiming he did. M. Lopez is upset because Atty. Medina is representing the father against M. Lopez’s new wife ( Virginia Perrera Lopez) and Atty. Medina is winning the case. Why would M. Lopez bring up the case of my son that was more than 12 years ago and give Atty. Medina a bad review. Atty. Medina represented my son and he was able to get everything he asked for. Atty. Medina did have other cases just as all attorneys do but Atty. Medina was on top of our case and kept us well in formed about our case. If you want a great attorney who will step up for you then I highly recommend Atty. Medina. There is a reason why M. Lopez’s own family calls him “Pinocchio”.the case number# Mark Lopez attached was not his case number but my Sons case number not his own. Which shows Mr. lopez continues to lie and is a fake. Mr. lopez was never a client of Mr. R. Medina’s I have ALL paperwork to prove this.

This attorney does not do what he says. I hired him for my son’s custody case years ago, did nothing but cost me a lot of money. He went in/out of court not giving attention to my son’s case. Do not hire him , look elsewhere.
He called me a “fake” among other things on Yelp. He ask my attorney to have me remove the review. I attached my case no# so you can understand I’m not fake. Just learn from other people’s mistakes. There are some great attorneys likewise some that offer the world, but really just cost you.

Wow, I am speechless on the experience i have with this attorney. I went in and the first thing that comes out is "Im not sure if I can help you." Keep in mind I haven't even explain the reason for my visit. I have hired other attorneys before and I came to him because he has awards and I figured he can do some good. My reason of the visit was because i want to extend my time with my son's. It is very disappointing and sad on how I was treated. He basically belittled me in front of my son. Please see other attorneys before you decide to go here. I can say more but my son wants pancakes.
