This office is the worst, we have not heard anything back from this attorney for the past 2 years he's had our case and no results. We logged into the SSA website today and there is no longer any information regarding the appeal submission. In addition, his staff is rude and doesn't return any calls or voice messages made.

A very experienced and professional individual, I was totally satisfied with his help.

Mr. Boudov seemed to be very helpful. Talked to me over the phone and said he'd gather my information and records for when they deny my case the first time. So when it came around to me being denied, I contacted him and only got his voicemail. A couple months went by until finally I felt my case was forgotten, I proceeded to try to contact him so I could stop my information being accessible to him. Still got sent too voicemail. I called AGAIN and he answered. Finally. He said he had gotten my message and would send me a letter confirming that he no longer has access to my records. So he did get my voicemails BUT failed to return my calls or give me any helpful advice or response to any of my voicemails. I very politely asked how I'd cancel the contract with me and he very rudely responded. He seemed irritated and frustrated with the fact that after he failed to call me back for a couple months made it seem like I was the one with the poor connection. He seemed helpful, at first, after time had passed I very quickly changed my mind. Seems to be unorganized and possibly too busy to keep in contact with clients. Maybe it was just my case, but I was thoroughly disappointed.

Not adequately staffed, attorney is over worked and un-organized. I had to catch him at the office in the late afternoon if I wanted to talk, his emails were equally sporadic. Beware the one-man firm.

Texas Court of Criminal Appeals in Austin has denied me for my innocence because they refused to honor my right under Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act by not appointing me an attorney. They are allowing Libel Defamation of Character to an innocent Disabled man by refusing my innocence when evidence shows I'm innocent. Makes me question their moral turpitude. Due to my innocence not being heard I'm undergoing negligent medical treatment all because of Libel defamation. The State of Texas is allowing a disabled man's rights to violated under U.S.Code laws , as well as Federal and State laws. No lawyer wants to help with my innocence and all that have turned me down I consider their actions not to help me aiding and abetting Federal and U.S. constitutional rights violations by the State of Texas. They should have their firms reviewed and disbarred for this type of negligence.

Is this attorneys office still open. It doesn't matter what time of day you call, all calls go to voice mail.
If they are that busy maybe they should hire a receptionist
