Very disappointed with this group I never spoke to the lawyer they promise they was gonna take my case but then they drop it without even tell me why after I call very unprofessional with uber and lyft And they said they're gonna reschedule after they didn't call me on the day they said they would to speak to the lawyer And I was even recommending you to other people for a while what a disappointment I expected better of you

I called in this morning spoke to Jackie I believe and just by speaking to reception it ruined my experience I repeated myself probably 15 times because she kept trying to get me to do an intake over the phone. When I stated over and over that I would like to set up an appointment for next week for a face to face consultation. Placed me on hold 3 times within the duration of 6 minutes, and then transferred my call without warning to do an intake that I said no to 15 times. I’m extremely confused by these reviews....
