Honest ,knowledgeable , and an attorney you can really trust . I highly recommend Brad and would use him again in a heartbeat if the occasion arose. Thanks man, I appreciate it !
I spoke to a handful of other attorneys who would not give me the time of day due to med malpractice limits on case!
After speaking to Brad he graciously took the time and explained what was needed to win this case and we were able to accomplish needed proof and so it began!
Through the entire process (over 2 years) Brad has been 100% focused and honest about EVERYTHING! When I called or texted he would answer or reply 99.99% of the time IMMEDIATELY or within the hour but NEVER left any questions or concerns unattended!
In my case he had to deal with divorced parents so it’s a double load to carry!!
Even with the time difference I’d forget and text him at 5 am his time and Brad Replied!
He is an Extremely Intelligent & Accomplished Dr. & Attorney so for me contact him out of all the possibilities I know without a doubt God directed me to him to get the justice he did for My Son!
I Highly recommend him to Anyone who requires his expertise in his field!
I look forward to years of friendship beyond my case as this is the most valuable thing I’ve gained from such a tragic loss!!
Brad is a Lawyer that TRULY works for his clients with compassion and care!
Bradley was compassionate, professional and so very knowledgeable that he laid out our plan and set my expectations to exactly where they should be. In the end I am very pleased with Bradley and the outcome of my case. I am so confident in his ability that I will use his services again if the need arises, and will recommend him to friends and family without hesitation. Thanks BK.

We were expecting him to take the time and give us an educated answer even if it was a 'No 'based on my medical record. Instead, after getting medical record and the credit card information, which by the way was more important than the medical record to him, in less than one business day he told me, he would not take the case because infection cases are really expensive to prove in the court with of course a $989 charge on my credit since there was a $ 39 processing fee which I knew about. Think about it, he knew I was giving him an infection case from day one. Now on top of all my pain and illness, I feel used by the lawyer who I was hoping to get help from, or at least get an answer for what he charged me which was reviewing my medical record to see if I had a case.
Nothing is worse than being held hostage to a bad lawyer (because after he/she learns your case, hiring another lawyer would be outrageously expensive and untimely.)!!
He worked with me in a collaborative, respectful, communicative, and speedy fashion. He is greatly appreciated for fighting for this underdog!
