He is not attentive and once you lose the window of legal action on the automaker, he refers to the ever encompassing agreement and pulls out leaving you no where.

After a terrible experience with a family law attorney, I was skeptical to seek legal assistance on any legal matter. I did my homework, and have no regrets this time around. Other attorneys wanted to sit and wait for Ford Focus class action settlement to settle, then proceed with arbitration. Norman Taylor & Associates took the bull by the horn. They got right to it by sending a pre-litigation letter to Ford...things just moved forward from there without need to arbitrate.

I had Norman Taylor law firm represent me in a lemmon law dispute with my 2016 Jaguar that was having chronic electrical issues. Everything from the initial call and consultation to the favorable outcome went perfectly smooth. They spent a great deal of time explaining the process and answered all of my questions.
Communication during the case was excellent. They were able to get Jaguar to buy back the car and were able to get back nearly all the money I had put down and paid on lease payments. They get reimbursed for thier services by the manufacturer and the small percentage (10% of total collected) was an extremely fair amount in my opinion to not have to do deal with this. In addition I truly believe that having an attorney represent you is highly beneficial versus trying to navigate the waters alone. It literally only took about 10 weeks total and most of that time was waiting for Jaguar to respond to various things. Well done!

I had my car for almost 5 years and kept having the same issue come up once a year with my transmission. Once I realized that it was a lemon, I thought it was too late to report it. My girlfriend recommended Norman Taylor to me and I contacted them, fully expecting them to tell me there wasn’t much they could do for me, especially since I lived some 150 miles from them. Instead, I was told I had a strong case, (thankfully I had kept all of my service records) and with in a couple of months, the car company bought back and I almost got all of my money back! Norman Taylor & Associates did an amazing job on my case vs Maserati. They made them buyback my car within a few weeks. I heard Maserati is hard to deal with and have to be sued to make them buy the car back but Norman Taylor made sure mine was bought back with the demand letter. MY 2015 BMW 550 was doing great no problems I went to the dealership to get the routine oil change and they told me I qualify for something called " THE CARE PACKAGE " that was worth 5,000 but it was free with my warranty .......... 1 week later got my car back and on the way. Home it stopped ..... Car was in the shop for over 2 months.......plus the loaner department started only loaning me MINI COOPERS.... Really?

I had a recurring problem with my Toyota Camry that wasn't handled after numerous attempts. I tried to get it resolved several times with the corporate office, but gave up after being given the run-around.

The staff was extremely professional and always gave me a step-by-step account of what was happening and what would happen next. Every one of the employees I came in contact was professional and extremely courteous at tall times.
