This is my first time ever leaving a comment about anyone but i want to say stay away from this law firm!!! I called on this firm to help me after losing my mom in December 2008, father feb 2009 and laid off in Dec 2008 from my job after 10yrs and was in The process of going thru NAKA to save my home i lived in for 38 yrs. Mr Frank fox has no compassion for people only money he put a lien on my property. I was under doctors care because of ptsd and other illness because of the trauma. Mr fox was aware. I borrow 1000. 00 dollars to retain him and to this day i never saw my parents will, trust, all of their personal items were sold in a yard sale by my brothers and Mr Fox Has a lein on my property for almost 30, 000 and told me with out hesitation no i cant help you when i tried to talk to him about it. My parents house was upside down meaning no equity was in it and he knew that and he also knew i had equity in my home. Mr Fox is with the state bar. I tried to fight back with the help of my doctor but it didn't help i couldn't afford another attorney. And the only reason i give them a one star is because they are nice when they answer the phone the first time. He is truly sly as a fox i understand where he and his wife got their name didn't know his wife was involved until the lein was on my home. I don't want anyone to experience what i went thru. I am feeling better now so please think twice before going there.
