I just bought a Ford F350 with only 65k mileage in August. By September I started to have problems with the truck, with this dealership I had bad a experience getting my money back. A few months later right before Christmas 12/20/19 my transmission broke down.
Long story short, I did my research and found this company called Knight Law Group. The lady who attended my call was ANGIE LOPEZ, I mentioned to her about my terrible experience I was having with a dealership in Westlake Village called dch Ford... Like I’m sure many others, I was having issues with my truck (6.7l Ford). I received numerous letter from a bunch of attorneys. I chose to go with Knight Law. I first spoke to Hazel who was extremely nice. I had an offer from Ford to buy my truck back (how easy is that for an attorney...Ford already admitted the truck was a lemon). I was then handed off to Seth after I completed my agreement. I know this is normal. I was told they needed 90 days to prepare my paperwork and case before filing a lawsuit with Ford. In the meantime, I get an unsolicited call from them trying to represent me on my 150 I traded in...not until after this one and only if Ford doesn’t settle for a fair deal. After the 90 days, I talk to Seth. He tells me they are putting all 6.7l Ford lawsuits on hold indefinitely. I expressed my frustration and displeasure in knowing the fact they just wasted three months of my time doing absolutely NOTHING. He became defensive and told me they won’t go ahead and represent me because my lawsuit would effect their ability to get more money for other cases. Not sure how my lemon law would effect anyone else’s because even they will tell you each case is different. Bottom line...don’t buy into their “we want X company to do what’s right”. Their company doesn’t care about what’s right just making money off you. That’s why they wait 90 days to file anything so they can add a ton of lawyer fees to the lawsuits for hours worked even though they clearly do nothing.

Now they are called knight law group but they are still sneeky as could be they will get 45% of the money you get on top of ur refund, while other law groups don't even ask for any. They will not give you weekly updates, not even monthly updates. And I feel they make the cases run longer than usual to charge more especially if they know they have a winning case just to make more money. I really wish I could have gone to another lawyer since after almost 3 years I am a couple of weeks away from finally getting my settlement check.

Walked me through entire Lemon Law procedure for my lemon Ford Fiesta. In the end I was able to recover on my own the entire cost of the car plus. I now have a brand new Honda.

Bought a 2012 Subaru Outback in Dec 2011. Nice car but one of 5, so it didn't get driven that much. After the warranty expired, we started having trouble with the transmission slipping going into 3rd gear. (38K miles on the car) Brought it to the dealer and was told it was toast. "never saw one fail at such low milage" was the response from the service rep. Contacted Subaru's customer relations dept and was told that even though it was out of warranty, they would cover it. NICE!
Brought the car in and was given a loaner. Weeks went by and still didn't have the car back. Dealer was having trouble pairing the transmission to the ECU. Weeks turned into months. Finally, after 93 days we received the car back. Parts of the center console were missing. "tech lost the parts". Nice way to return a car after 3 months. During this debacle, I received a letter from the Knight Law Group regarding possible class action lawsuits related to transmission slipping.. Told them my tale of woe and was told I may be able to return the car under the Ca. Lemmon Law. Alessia Valentone was my contact and guided me through the return process. She said that her law group didn't need to get involved unless they denied my claim. Subaru stepped up and is taking the car back. Refunding all but $9400 of the $37,000 purchase price. Aly offered to take a look at the agreement, to make sure they weren't giving me a screwing, and did it free of charge. This dispelled all my notions of Law Firms. Kudos to Knight and Aly for top notch service even though there wasn't a penny in it for the firm.
