To put in simply, Mr. Kumar is an institution in his own right! His understanding of immigration laws, particularly their practical application, is unparalleled. Combined with his pleasant and genial manner, he made the whole process a highly enjoyable experience. My entire Green card (spouse of a US national) from application to receipt of card was less than 6 months! He is supported by a highly capable and friendly team of paralegals. Our point contact was Kristen who was extremely well informed and courteous. Overall, I can’t recommend them highly enough!!!

I entered the country on a fiance visa and after being married for 2 years applied for my I-751. Unfortunately after I filed my I-751, I found that my wife had been unfaithful and I filed for divorce. I wanted to stay in the country as I had built a life for myself here, but I was scared because the I-751 I had just applied for was under the condition of marriage. I called several lawyers before calling Mr. Kumar and most of them gave me the doomsday scenario: told me I could lose everything and my case would probably end up in immigration court costing me a great deal of money. My first meeting with Mr Kumar was brief, to the point, and very reassuring. He is so knowledgeable; though my case was a little challenging, he told me that he would make sure that he would do whatever it took for my application to be successful, whether it took 6 months or 6 years, he would show up, coach me, and make sure my case was successful. He was right, my application was approved. Unlike many other lawyers, Mr. Kumar is there for you at the immigration offices without charging an inflated day rate. He is a man of his word. Though much of the dealings with the office are not directly with Mr. Kumar, he has an outstanding team who are extremely helpful, very professional, and very friendly. My direct contact, Kristen, really helped me put together all of my paperwork and made sure I was organized and updated on the status of my case. I would recommend Mr. Kumar to anyone and I am beyond thankful for him and his team for their efforts.

Have been dealing with Mr Kumar's firm for over 16 years for me and my staff. He delivers what he agreed upon. Certainly very forthright for some peoples thinking.

One of the worst lawyers out there he doesn't know how to speak to his clients. He talks like he is paying to the client rather than other way around. He is a cheat he doesn't care about you he just needs your money. Don't even think of wasting time and money at him.
