We have been following all their directions so far, went to all the doctor appointments, chiropractic appointments, X-rays, CT scans & physical therapy. 4-5 months ago we got cleared by all the doctors. Since then we have been at a dead stop, case is not moving! We call them every month (so we don’t “annoy” them) and every time we get told the following:
1- “oh the person handling your file/case is no longer with us. We will transfer the case someone else and they will contact you”
2- “We are putting all the paperwork and billing together so submit it to the insurance company”
3- “have you been cleared by the doctor?”
4- “we will submit the file to a supervisor to review”
4- “we will get back to you in couple of weeks” and no one calls back
