This place started out great, but we have not had any update on our case in months and the attorney will not call or email us back.

The attorney's and staff with this firm are excellent and polite. I had no idea that I could be receiving the amount I did from my Lemon Law settlement. Even though I was told it was possible, I thought it was impossible since I had my car for 5 years when the lawsuit began. The process took about 2 years and not once did I have to appear in court.

I used to own a 2012 GMAC Acadia. I had many issues with my car. contacted GMAC personally, Requesting they purchase my car back.under the california lemon law. they declined. We worked with strategic legal practices for a couple of years on a case and they did a great job. We had a lemon car and the dealership didn't work with us at all. Being in litigation is frustrating and it was great to have the experienced helping hands. We got great advice along the way which led to a positive outcome. I hope I never have to do this again but if I do I would definitely use them again.

Absolutely no complaints. From the first phone call to the close of my case everyone was extremely helpful and personable. There was very little I had to do. They handled all of the paperwork. As much as I loved my car when the repairs exceeded my extended warranty I appreciated knowing that this office was going to bat for me. Because of them I was able to get a replacement vehicle without coming out of pocket. I would not have been able to manage everything they did for me on my own. My replacement is paid in full and I am extremely grateful for that fact.

We had a terrible Lemon of a car, the dealer tried like crazy but they just couldn't fix it and the Factory wouldn't buy it back. I interviewed several different "Lemon Law Expert" lawyers, all said "we had no case" because we had purchased the car so long ago. We went through 6 years of failing brakes in that car prior to going for the Lemon law issue. We really liked the car, but it just kept failing. Well those other so called "Expert" lawyers didn't know beans! SLP took our case and absolutely clobbered the manufacturer on our behalf. This team deserves a 5 star rating with respect to my case. I got a mailer and responded to it. As requested, i shared all the documents and they said it would be a real case and they can work on it. The first disclaimer from them was, the time taken will be anywhere between 8 months to 1 year. I got things settled at the end of one year. I underwent a lot of stress because of my car and now I am relieved. They did say that they will contact me only if there is a progress. And they called me after 12 months. I did follow up once in 3 months and they notified that they will get back and they did. I am happy with the offer I got and I would recommend SLP if there is a lemon car that needs to be dealt with.
