I had a very complex disability case and was referred to work with Dr. Niazmand at Jalilvand Group. We have worked through emails and texts for the past year and a half. At our initial conversation he explained the steps, the procedures, the possibilities and the actions we need to take for each. Everything has gone as he explained. I had no surprises. He was very honest in working with me and following the regulations. On my hearing date we finally met. He seemed dedicated, efficient professional and focused only on his work. 1. My parents have been represented at California Disability Advocates/ Jalilvand Group for almost 16 years. Every year they have some kind of review or redetermination or some issue with their Medical/ Medicare/ SSI/ paperwork that we have no clue how to complete the forms because they arrive in big booklets.. and we don't knowwhat to do with it... When we call their office... Maggie calls us back within hours and explains in detail what needs to be done and guides us through the process and makes it so easy for us. They originally helped my mom and dad with Disability process. Later when their cases were approved she helped them file for In Home Support Services and after when they were 65 years old she helped with the Medicare and whatever they were entitled to as far a based on need help.
I don't know how people can go through this process without the help of professionals.

If you've been denied with your Social Security Disabilty claim definitely consider going with Maggie and her team. You should actually have them do it for you from the beginning.
I had originally filed for my SSDI claim by my self.  I’d heard that dealing with the SSA offices through appeal and Hearing process can be hell. I was referred by my cousin to Maggie at California Disability Advocates office and she consulted with me over the phone the say day which was awesome.  In the intro meeting she was very clear about what everything would look like going forward and what needed to be done in order to get positive results at the end. She emailed me the forms to sign and filed for my appeal the next day. We had a successful Hearing and my case has been approved.

I've never written a review before, but I had to write this one because Maggie  is the best there is if you need help with dealing with Social Security and Disability process. Maggie and her team at California Disabilty Advocates followed my brothers case closely, checked in on him regularly, and handled all communication with Social Security and Doctors promptly  which allowed me not to have to worry at all through the process. Maggie and her team not only provide 5 star results, they genuinely care about their clients.

This review is LONG overdue but let me start out by saying that Maggie and her team are the real deal.
Nobody will care more about your case I promise you! When I first hired Maggie I had never met her or her team in person. She signed me up over the phone.  I was referred to her office by a close friend of mine who spoke very highly of her. After working with her for a little over 6 weeks I could truly say that her knowledge and confidence told me I was working with the best professional I could have found.

Reading the reviews here i thought a bunch of them were fake and I was suspicious about what Maggie would be able to achieve, particularly as the industry doesn't have a great reputation. However, I have to say that Maggie was excellent and helped us with a complicated issue that we were told was non-appealable. Grossly unprofessional. I called and talked to Mrs. Jalilvand for a consultation about a case. She gave me some information and told me I had to go to her office for more information. I told her I work full time and going to her office at 2 pm (that's the latest she works) requires me to take a day off work. I asked her to charge my credit card and give me the consultation on the phone, she refused. I asked her that several times, and she refused. So I made an appointment and went in yesterday at 2 pm.
First of all, the receptionist had no idea why we were there. When I explained the situation to her, she said that Mrs. Jalilvand could give me the consultation on the phone!!!! I told her that that's what I asked her and she refused and told me.i had to come to the office. Now. Mrs. Jalilvand was in the office and talking to some other client. The receptionist charged my credit card and took us to another room. Then she called Mrs. Jalilvand from the phone in that room (with Mrs. Jalilvand sitting in the new room, with another client) and gave us the phone. She was so unprofessional that she discussed our case with the other client sitting in her room. To add insult to injury, she was completely unhelpful. Save your time and money and find another lawyer.

My brother got injured at work and it's been couple of years that he has been living with a bad back and can't work, he can't sit for long, can't lift anything over couple of pounds and his hands are constantly shaking, finally after couple of years of docotor and surgery session we were told that he can't go back to the work force and we started looking at alternatives to help him with his cost of living, found Social Security Advocates online and decided to give them a try, I am glad we got to work with Maggie and Amir. they were super helpful and understanding. couple of months later my brother was eligible to receive disability income!
