My wife has not heard from her support person, after being advise to see chiropractic, submitted all required documents. The law firm will not return calls, will not respond to voice messages. There has been no contact with Atty. Ken Klein’s office since November. Her vehicle was totaled from a non-at fault injury five vehicle accident. I regret telling my wife to call Attorney Big Al, deceived by advertisement on the radio. My next call is to Big Boy in the morning radio show. My wife is considering sharing her experience on Social Media with pictures and documented phone calls.

I never spoke with Kenneth Klein, and the secretaries were so discourteous and nonchalant. Now I'm being taken through collection by the chiropractor, saying they never received payment from the law office.
Don't believe radio advertisements. I really thought that his law firm was reputable. It wasn't.

Do not contact Ken Klein. He is Unethical and never calls you back with an update on your case. They drag it out as much as possible and miss key follow up dates. I requested to settle my case and it’s been a month a still no return. It’s been 1 year and 3 months since the accident and they have not cared one bit. They really are top heavy. Take too many cases and don’t fulfill their contractual and moral responsibility. I will never call this attorney again for anything. They are crooks and should be in jail.

If I could give negative starts I would. I was in a bike vs. car accident where I needed surgery on my spine. I waited 6-8 months and never could get one call returned or email. Never heard from anyone. I finally fired them and hired new attorney. They have settled my case and my $25,000 settlement has arrived but my old laywer Mr kenith Kleins office will not answer, return email or fax my new attorney the release and proper paperwork. So now my check is just being held. It's so insane and I have no idea what to do! I'm just so disappointed. I already am dealing with catastrophic injury's and a very small policy. Now I am just stuck in permanent limbo. STAY AWAY!!!!!

Is it possible to give less than a star? So unhappy with the lack of follow through, poor customer service and disorganization. Our case began February of this year and still no word on what will happen. At this point it’s not about the money, it’s the poor management of the case. We had to jump through hoops to do everything they asked and when it was their turn to follow through it has been nothing but excuses and frankly it feels like they have just piled up cases that are just sitting there collecting dust. This is very unprofessional.

Even to this day, I still have not gotten paid. I will explain why.

I was injured in a car accident in 2017. After hearing about this lawyer on the radio, I decided to give the law firm a call. In the beginning, everything was okay. They seemed helpful. As the weeks progressed, things began to change. I knew that I needed surgery but they insisted on sending me to their chiropractor. After weeks of wasting time, they finally sent me to a doctor. By the way, this doctor is being investigated due to numerous complaints. The doctor agreed that I needed surgery. When I then spoke to the law firm, they said that I needed to wait because my case isn't a high profile case. Basically, this means there is no $$$ to be made. They were going to accept any lowball settlement from the insurance company. They were afraid that the insurance was not going to cover for my surgery. I was in serious pain for months with no help. Whenever I try to call to get an update, the case manager was not available. It would take weeks to get in touch. Eventually, even the case manager left the firm. When all hope seem to be lost, I was able to meet a competent lawyer who took over the case. This lawyer sent me to his doctor (who confirmed the surgery) and we went on to do the procedure within a couple of months. Today, I am doing better. He even got me a huge settlement. The biggest problem now is that I cannot receive my settlement check. The settlement check is in a joint account between my current lawyer and this crook. KENNETH KLEIN LAW FIRM is holding my check hostage. He wants 25% of the settlement. To recap, he did not believe that my case was worth anything and did not want me to get a procedure due to this. He will not sign off to release my portion of the money until he gets his way. He is now completely avoiding my lawyer. I am not the only person that went through this. Read the other reviews. There is a reason why he is a 2 star on Yelp. If you do not want to go through the suffering that I endured, please take my word and find another lawyer. Do not go to him. I know some of the people feel that they got a good settlement with him but I can assure you that you lost on lots of $$$. One more pointer, do not go through lending companies (like Oasis) unless you really have to. I borrowed about $3000 and now my payment is over $11000. Ask your lawyer, they may be willing to help. I have had the worst experience thus far. After making several calls to speak with my attorney, inquiring about the status of my case, I would not get a return call, nor an email. I most definitely would "NOT" refer any of my family or friends to be represented by unprofessional staff members who could care less about you and your situation. My case is still pending, at least that is what i believe. I am currently pursuing a new attorney due to their lack of professionalism. Please, please do yourself a favor and do "NOT" let this law firm represent your case. You will be very sorry. They need to go out of business.

Stay away from this office. my accident happen 2/2019 they're good at getting doctors nothing else. They do not keep you updated on your case, nor do they return phone call or emails and When you call their office, they put you on a very long hold. My case has not settle, its time for me to go to another law firm.
