Great law firm

Ben represented me in a couple of cases and both times the cases settled for the policy limits. I was always able to call Ben on his cell phone if I had any questions if he was not available I could always call Jackie who is amazing when it came to negotiating my medical bills. I have recommended several of my friends and family members and Ben was able to settle their cases as well. Team Drake is the best thanks Ben for always working on my behalf.

Very professional law office

Never was updated on my case. A claim was never filed and never knew what was going with my case. They would take forever to call you back. I literally had to change different attorney. Wouldnt recommend them!!

Mr. Drake and his team have been very helpful for my family as well as many friends and clients of mine. I first worked with Ben about 6 years ago when my wife and I were in a car accident. We both needed treatment and our car was badly damaged. Ben thoroughly helped guide us to get the proper treatment, arranged for our car to be fixed and provided us a rental in the mean time. The care was amazing. He was also to able to get insurance to cover ALL costs.

Ive sent a few friends and family his way. One was in a very severe accident and he told me his case was a long process. In the end he was very satisfied and told me he received a very large settlement, thanks to Ben and his staff.

Ben has also helped me in cases where he doesn't gain a penny...A driver had opened their door into mine. The damage was great and I had thought it was my fault. After a brief discussion with Mr. Drake he informed me that this was not my fault. I contacted my insurance and in fact it was the other drivers %100 fault.

This place is a waste of time

Medical providers BEWARE. Do not take attorney liens from these guys, they will screw you. Very unethical group.
