Jeff Swartz and Mitzi have been a breath of fresh air. After trying to deal with ‘Tristar’ on a claim and literally not getting a reply, I took the advise of a friend and went to talk to Jeff Swartz. With in days I had received a reply and was moving in the in the right direction. During the claim the were multiple billing issues and problems with calculating proper timelines....Mitzi takes care of business!
