When Alyssa reads what she wrote down back to you in doesnt make sense. It's not what you even said to her. Than Alyssa will tell you about you will receive a phone call with in 1 to 7 days. Never receive that call to know if I was declined until I called on the 8th day. The reason I was declined was something she wrote down that didnt make any sense when I corrected Alyssa got hostile.
