COMMUNICATION IS KEY. Something these lawyer's DO NOT HAVE. I emailed them numerous times before and after my hearing (which I lost) and they NEVER responded back to me. Totally ignorant and USELESS. Find an attorney that knows how to COMMUNICATE.

United Disability Lawyers Group did an awesome job with my Social Security Disability Claim in 2018. My Attorney at the firm was very courteous even including the staff. The Firm took my claim and researched it thoroughly to see the probability of winning. Through collaboration and being there with me in the courtroom; we won the claim. I thanked God first, and now have thanked my Attorney for being there for me and making my life easier. The one thing that I would like to express is that you have to have patience when it comes to your claim. Claims are not won in a day. So don't get mad at the Attorney if this does not happen. All claims are treated differently depending on what your claim is about. There are guidelines for the Attorney and the AJ to adhere too. All I know is, that I would highly recommend this Law Firm to all my friends, family, and people that ask for some assistance. I would give the Law Firm 10 stars, but unfortunately I can only give 5. If you need a great Law Firm then please give United Disability Lawyers Group a try.

First Betty Herrera is a Amazing Attorney.

They are the best Disability Attorneys I have ever dealt with they won my sons case when no other attorneys could do. I tried twice with other attorneys and lost and the 3rd attempt I went through United Disability Attorneys and they won my son's case.

They are caring, they answer their phones, they always return their messages and you deal with the attorney not like other law firms were you never ever speak to a lawyer.

They answered all my questions and always worked with us I think that's why we won the case because of them.

I would give zero starts if possible. RoxAnn the receptionist failed to respond multiple times. When she did, it was 'I will have Betty call you at 1 pm PST" no "are you available?" or "does this work for you?" can you not even take a moment to put it into my time zone? Betty failed to call me during several scheduled phone calls and said 'she couldn't get through to my number, which she had reached me at several times before. To be fair, she did call once, after missing an appointment and several emails she failed to respond to, and I did switch carriers and she was unable to leave a message.

What I really wanted was a little courtesy, just a tiny bit, perhaps to switch attorneys within the firm. She has now denied helping at all, wow - what an ego. Let me say this, my dad was first an attorney, and also an ALJ for 30 years, and he was never disrespectful, never.
Do not trust this firm with your Social Security disability!

Unless you have an Illness on the SSA's (Social Security Administration) list of preapproved illnesses, then it is very hard to get disability, indeed. My case lasted 5 years and entailed 2 hearings and a trip to US Federal Court. United Disability found merit in my case and in my medical records and they believed that it was strong enough to pursue even to US Federal Court. If your case is strong enough United Disability will pursue it to the maximum, no matter how many years it takes to go through the SSA & US Federal Court Systems.
