I called to get a referral and instead of receiving the support I needed I was personally bashed by the operator. When si explained to her my situation she imeddiatly said well I don’t understand how you even have insurance with out a lisence. Lol. What? Did I call for a referral or for someone so personally discredit me? Of course Insurance Companies insure drivers. Don’t say too much or this person might not work on your referral. Lol

"You can look online (i.e. pull a name out of a hat and take your chances)" or contact another bar association. If there is a demand, one would think that part of their mission is to satisfy that demand. Feeling frustrated.
