11/12: I can only speak for my experience with Tim K (jay rothman) at this firm. When I felt no one understood, he did. I am so far, very happy with my choice to be represented by them. I wanted more communication but I let the process work out. I also questioned the charges from reading the posts but I cannot say he didn’t earn his percentage and if you choose them I don’t believe you would either! I hope y’all check back after I get my check because he may get another ⭐️ from me.

Worst law firm in the world. A den of thieves dressed up in business suits. They keep you in the dark then screw you in the end. Wouldnt recommend to any person who is trying to get a fair shake in their settlement. Embarrasing law firm despicable dirtbags and old hags. The BBB should investigate such shady organizations and remind them of the ethical aspect of Law. Disgraceful the lot of em.

Read the fine print. 1st off they take an exorbitant 44% of your settlement and that is for your case not even going to trial. Then they take their fees on top of that out of your remaining 54%. He even charged me for his parking! I am not complaining about Mr. Rothman's exoerience and skill as an attorney. But i think in the end clients get the raw deal getting less than half their settlements when all is said and done and they wind up with more than half.

Incentive jerk. I’m a victim of sexual abuse and this jerk was completely made me tell him what happened which is very hard and tells me the person didn’t do anything wrong. Well, the police and district attorney know he did something wrong. He put me through a very difficult position to relive the events and yells at me for it. Look somewhere else and save yourself from the frustration and anxiety.

Great lawyer to have, he got me a great settlement but, I’m furious about the untimely matter which they have sent me my checks. Its absolutely ridiculous that it take 2 weeks after the checks clear to receive them.

The paralegals at this firm are more savvy, diligent, and helpful than the lawyers. Stay away from this firm.

The BEST. If you are looking for someone who is actively involved in your case, professional and worthy of devouring any poor soul on the opposite side of the deposition table, here's your man. Never have I known a more dedicated, attentive, and sharp professional as Jay Rothman and you're lucky if he'll take your case. Highly recommend.

Move on from this page. This law firm sucks. Youll end up representing your self, negotiate numbers yourself, All they did on my case was fill out paper work. Hallo.
