Horrible company I purchase this service a week and a half ago and I barely got my login packet which I was unable to login to. After contacting customer service multiple times and still being unsuccessful with the login I then asked to cancel my membership but the customer service representative told me I can only cancel within 24 hours how does that make sense

I was definitely satisfied with this business. The process was quick and simple, they had step by step instructions on filling out the paperwork. My ticket was dismissed within a short period of time after sending out my case to my local superior court. I was hesitant at first but fortunately it was legit.

Disappointed. My declaration had an issue so I emailed them and it was corrected - by means of just erasing an entire section. I know I did not have much in my favor fighting the ticket, but I would’ve rather them communicate that to me rather than letting me waste $100 on their services. There was hardly any argument in the declaration. I know others have had good experiences, but I cannot refer them and will not be using them in the future.

This is in response to the owner calling me negligent in a previous review. There is or was no negligence, my ticket was paid on time, with the documents provide, without any late fees from the state.

Make note that the owner made no attempt to defend the company about handing paperwork back to the customer with SLOPPY WORDING AND TYPOS. To recap, GetDismissed has you fill out a questionnaire about the incident, I answered the open ended questions with incomplete sentences (thinking they would read the answer and use it in the defense papers), but to my surprise they just copy and pasted the poorly written answers into what was probably a preformatted document.

Additionally, the discount WAS offered, one person told me $30 off, I told them it was the same price as another company and the other company offered money back if it was not dismissed and then when I called back on a later date they told me they could only give me $20 off and that it would be paid with 2 $10 gift cards after I left a review.... of course I do not have proof of this, neither one of us do... be because it was OVER THE PHONE.

I was told I need to write a review to get get my $20 discount I was promised... in 2 10$ prepaid credit cards rather than just getting a the discount from the start. Just a heads up, its against google and yelps rules to give an incentive to leave a review.

Between their borderline illegitimate marketing tactics and their lack of effort, topped off with a membership that automatically renews its self, I give a one star.

When I called in to ask for help, they the agent I spoke with was rude. For the most part, every other encounter was pleasant but I definitely caught someone on their bad day.

Additionally, they have you answer questions, the answers to your questions they just pop into an already worded document. My problem is... THEY LEFT THE TYPOS IN. They did not even edit my answer, or change anything about it. They took my very poorly worded answers, which for $120 I figured they would just use as a reference not an end result, and popped it into the document. I had to reword the document before sending it out.

Congrats to the people who got out of their tickets and I fear for the world that there are customer that need a 12 month unlimited subscription to getting out of traffic tickets. I didn't think there could be drivers who were that careless and bad at driving!

I had a speeding ticket in Santa Barbara county on the way to SF caused to ruin my trip but I wouldn't worry about it.
I called in GetDismissed and they prepared the paper works right away in prompt way right after the trip.
Now, The citation was dismissed and waiting for bail money refunded.

I tried this in a Santa Monica court. I bought the service and did all that was required, and the Judge didn’t care the officer wasn’t there; hence I had to pay the ticket and got points on my license and paid to not have that happen. Maybe, it works in other jurisdictions, but forget Santa Monica

Don't waste your money. I tried to fight my speeding ticket with this website and ended up paying more with the ticket plus the fee for this bogus website. I was told by a getdismissed represent that the police department/courthouse would be providing me with proof of any "investigation" completed based on the documentation getdismissed provided me, instead the county clerk simply sent me documents saying I'm guilty case closed. To further the burden my fine was not considered for reduction (even for being a first time offender) and I'm no longer eligible to take traffic school. Not to mention this website will pay for good reviews, so how well do you trust that.

Paid for service didn’t beat the ticket. Then a year Later they charged me 59 bucks for an “annual service fee“ I called they said once you use their service that you automatically sign up for a annual service with them. Seems kinda shady to me I don’t recall an annual service fee when I originally used their service a year ago.
