I submitted the forms I paid for and was found guilty (my forms were somewhat generic explanations about the limitations of radar). BEWARE! FRAUDS AND THIEVES. Had them complete trial by declaration for a red light camera ticket in Ventura and paid an extra $35 to expedite the processing. When my wife went to turn in the paperwork, the clerk had never seen the form before and provided her with the correct form. In response to "the owners" response, they do not have control over what a single court clerk does but do have control to operate a honest and ethical business. Ventura County had a slightly different form for filing a trial by declaration (although it did ask for all the same information.) I provided them with this form after the form they gave me was denied. This clearly showed there were differences in the two forms, so I don't see how you can even blame the court clerk. If they stood by their work, an ethical business owner would have apologized for the inconvenience and cost this has caused us and provided us with a full refund. Standing by your work is not saying we could have fixed it after it was too late...Again BEWARE!!! and read the other reviews here. They have their policies in place to insure they are protected from any responsibility and will not divert from them no matter what your situation may be. Something an ethical and honest business would do.

In any case, the court found me guilty, and gave me until January to pay the fines, which I have already paid for $389. I have provided proof of this with the court compliance notice, and receipts with proof that I paid the $389. They are asking that I file some other form with the court to get the refund. Basically they are fraudsters that promise a money-back guarantee, but then try to make their clients jump through hoops to get it with the hopes that most people will not bother. If I go to file a form with the court it will be a class action lawsuit to represent all of the people they have cheated through false advertising. The bottom line is that my ticket was NOT DISMISSED. I HAVE provided proof of this and proof that I paid for the citation, but they still refuse to honor their money-back guarantee if your ticket is not dismissed.

I used this company and they are horrible! Please do not use them! They did a written declaration for me on a camera talk to me on enough to turn on red they said for this it was a 98% not guilty right after paying 500 and $40 for the ticket and then 185 for the written declaration I still lost my case they promised half of the money back I still haven't seen it I cannot get them on the phone they will not return my emails about my refund I wish I never heard of this company now they have voice mails on their toll free number you cannot reach anybody directly this is for a reason please do not use them

These guys did an excellent job for me. I had a speeding ticket for going over 87 mph and they had it dismissed. Thanks to them I saved a lot of money.:))

No attorney appeared in court for me. I didn't know this when I hired them. Declaration docs sent to me for filing. I lost my case and was out of lots of extra money after paying for multiple trips to the court house and traffic school fees. I used The Ticket Clinic in the past and they won my case. Won't use them again.
