I have been harassed by these guys for four months now.

The more I read about these guys the more I began to wonder. There isn’t anything nice that has been said about them. If all these allegations are in fact true, people within the company should speak up, as a "mandate reporter" it’s your duty to connect the police and inform them if there is any foul play. Because if these cases were in fact true not only will they be facing jail time but the employees as well that took part in it. Protect yourself before it's too late.

If these allegations are true, I will also recommend the clients to contact the California state bar via e-mail and see how the funds were distributed just to be safe.

I would avoid them, they tend to use clients money to pay off personal affairs. Such as dinners, plumbing, or other house improvements/maintenance issues. Hell, some clients only get a hundred dollars out of a big settlement, because their case took too long, and they spend their client’s money to fix their personal issues, they're scum of the earth, I would avoid them at all cost... Beside, most of the reviews are employs and not real clients. Actually just one reviewer is an employ, it’s Kevin’s review, the rest I don’t really know.

I would hands down avoid this law firm, they do have an on going gag of ripping off their clients. And, using their money for Home maintenance, and fancy dinners.

I was very uncertain of what direction to take when my husband died of asbestosis/mesothelioma cancer. Having been totally lost but knowing that I had to do something for my daughter and myself, I made a few calls and was directed to the Keller, Fishback and Jackson law firm..In a blink I was contacted by Daniel Keller who was beyond sympathetic and genuine and asked if he could meet with me....It happened and honestly EVEN WITH THE FOG OF MY HUSBAND'S DEATH, HE AND HIS GROUP ESPECIALLY DIRAN ; who Daniel assigned to take care of my questions and concerns, became my ONLY protector and advisor....I am beyond grateful and happy I contacted them and know they are with me 200%. Anyone who has suffered or have a loved one who has been affected please contact Daniel Keller and his partners...THEY ARE THE BEST!

It seems to me that their Free case Evaluation might in fact be not true : (

KFJ handled my business dispute. I was being wrongfully sued after providing excellent service to my client for many years.
KFJ represented my interests in a professional and highly skilled manner.
KFJ attorneys are true litigators. My legal problems were resolved faster than I anticipated with a fantastic result in my favor. I have hired several law firms in the past and I have found that KFJ is the best. I highly recommend them for legal matters.

From my experience they are not good people. I was also reading this article, which from what I understood is it claimed that they have been doing things under the table. Which makes me believe they are stealing their clients money. The article claimed that they hid how much they get from their clients and never full explain how much they are getting. The theory behind this claim is that Fishback places some of their personal cost as if it's a case cost. according to the article "Lampe says the asbestos attorneys settled claims by grouping the Hardemans’ asbestos case with unrelated claims alleged by other Keller Fishback clients and then 'distributing the proceeds in a manner solely determined by Keller Fishback.' " That's not all the article also states "For example, Lamp described one instance when Keller Fishback negotiated a group settlement for 11 separate plaintiffs with a defendant for $275,000, but only reported a settlement in the amount of $50,000 to the Hardemans. " I have yet to read one nice thing about them, and judging from my opinion on my experience they are horrible people. Don't get involved with them.
You guys should read the article about them before choosing them as your attorney because from what I read so far they seem to have a history of not disclosing the full information to their client.Which opens the question what are they hiding?

here are the articles citation

When my husband was diagnosed with mesothelioma, he (my husband, Larry) insisted I contact Keller Fishback & Jackson to see if they could assist us. I placed a call that very day, and within just about 1 hour, was contacted by Daniel Keller. Dan told me that he was very interested in our case, due to my husband's previous exposure. It was only 1-2 days later that we met with Dan, who took the time to meet with us and was very patient and understanding with my husband who had also been diagnosed with a tumor metastasizing to his brain...making it difficult for him to communicate.
We have had personal contact with Daniel Keller, and Brad Stephens and Bruce Jackson, and the experience was wonderful. Contact with Attorney Fishback was through emails and phone calls, and no less wonderful.
I can't say enough good things about this firm, who saw me through some of the most difficult days of our lives. They had our/my back through the entire process, and were always prompt in answering any of the many questions I had during this time. They TRUELY care about their clients, and it shows. The patience and caring of this firm shows in all aspects of the legal process...paralegals, and other support staff learned well from these men the meaning of client service. My husband, Larry, regretfully passed away, but KFJ was there to help me process and understand all the legalities of his case.Thank you KFJ, for being there when I/we needed you so much. I have no reservations whatsoever in recommending this firm to ANYONE!!!
