Many seniors, going through tough personal situations, have come through my doors and I have always been able to resolve any concerns/ issues by talking things through with the senior and / or their family. Recently I have had a senior who would scream, yell, intimidate other residents, steal/ misplace other people's property and diminish the experience of our other seniors. Wayne and his team walked me through the process of setting up an initial court date, gathering supporting documentation and getting a lock out date set to remove this senior from our home.
