Took me on as a client. Haven't heard a word from them in months. Update: I made email contact and all seems well. Good people. I am feeling confident that I am in good hands.

HOT MESS EXPRESS!!
As one of Atlanta's Top Producing Realtors, the level of service affiliate partners provide during a one of my client's is critical and I set expectations VERY HIGH - it must mirror what I'm providing.
This was my first and last experience with this firm. Period.
The buyer's agent negotiated we use them on the purchase contract presented to my seller, so when my seller went under contract on her new home it made sense to also name them on her purchase contract so we could close simultaneously and what I hoped would be seamless.
The team failed when it came to communicating effectively and responding to my emails - most of the time I had to resend them twice and ask if anyone received them previously to get a response.
Communication is key during a real estate transaction especially to an agent trying to guide a stressed out client through a the sale of her home and the purchase of a new one at the same time.
At the closing table the attorneys rushed through documents. Whereas everyone appreciates a swift closing most clients haven't been through a closing before or haven't seen these documents for a few years - My client hasn't sat through a closing for 15 years.
Lastly there were a few accounting oversights that needed corrected at the closing table that created extra confusion. Another that popped up post closing and when it was brought to the office's attention they seemed more interested in pointing fingers than responding with a clear stated resolution.
I sit through closings at various attorneys offices around #Atlanta each month, so it's easy for me to judge the service an attorney provides and compare it to their competitors. I understand this firm may believe they're doing their best, but perhaps they should visit McManamy McLeod and Heller or Ganek PC and sit through a couple of closings to sharpen their skills.
Unfortunately the next contract I receive with this firms name on it, I'll have to negotiate another attorney, I'll never sit through a tragedy, let alone a simultaneous one, again. My clients experience during one of their most stressful journeys is too important and my reputation is always on the line. I can't even rate them with 3 stars, if 3 is basic service.
