Great experience in court with Ms. Eugenia Wallace!. First day meeting for the consultant, i can sense she knows her stuff (Hired). I presented a little blue folder full of receipts, filing documents, notary papers, and Etcetera pouring out of it. After sorting through the clutter, Ms Wallace explained the process of whats about to happen and how its all going to roll out during court. This is my first time using an attorney for my child support case. Mrs Wallace was very professional, but has a bite that you want when being represented. From start to finish, Mrs Wallace provided information about my case in a timely manner. There were some hiccups that caused a delay with my case ( no fault to Daniels and Taylor) but overall experience was great. I’ve changed a lot in the modification and plans that was long overdue. Life runs a little smoother now. Will use again in the future if ever needed.

Russell Taylor assisted a relative with a criminal charge including a couple of court appearances which I attended. Russell helped negotiate a plea deal that will let them move forward without worrying about this hiccup impacting their life. Personally, I found Russell to be very knowledgeable and patient. He clearly explained every step of the process and answered the many questions we asked. He also obtained copies of the prosecutor's evidence and carefully analyzed their case. His assistance was invaluable in letting us put this event in the past.

Russell Taylor is currently working with me on my complicated case, and from the results so far has been successful lifting of my no-contact rule that had been put in place initially between my partner and I. In response to Eugenia Wallace’s rebuttal of my mother’s review; Her rendition of occurrences was not only inaccurate but, in a word, “LIES.” Eugenia is “mousy” in and out of the courtroom. If she thinks that a client questioning her is disrespectful then that is one thing she got right. I questioned her at every turn. Why? Because I learned early on that she was ignorant on the law. She shamelessly boasts about my relationship with my mother and how she inserted herself into this case. Well, the last time I looked up “family” in the dictionary it stated: family is a group of persons of common ancestry. A group of people united by certain convictions or a common affiliation. Has this incompetent “lawyer” actually discounted the value of family as she attempts to practice “Family law”? What a joke. Maybe she should go back to school and study business law or criminal law, since she devalues the importance of extended family. It truly does take a village to raise a child.
If Eugenia felt she was belittled, then how do you think she was perceived in the courtroom. She was meek and mousy. Yes, Eugenia did recommend me to replace her if I was not happy; and I tried. But she only recommended it after she drained my bank account. I truly felt trapped. Eugenia also stated that I came off as vindictive and bitter against the father of my child. Her lack of insight was also apparent. Vindictive, no. But anyone would feel some form of animosity toward a person that abandoned their child for several years and then came back demanding rights. Again, she does not need to practice Family law.
If Eugenia as she states “still fought for my issues” then I must have been absent that day. She caved in pretrial, giving in to all demands. She was incompetent of the law. I actually google case law and was more informed. She had excuse after excuse. Her response to not knowing about the case transcripts was, and I quote: “of course I did not remember that it was transcribed because the hearing had taken place approximately 6 months prior.” Last time I checked attorney’s wrote notes in peoples files. I guess she has never heard of a pen.

As far as her urging me to take responsibility for my actions; I take full responsibility for trusting the lead attorney Tony Taylor. He assured me that he would oversee Eugenia’s work. I can’t imagine that he would put his name on anything that she produced. I was duped. I did request another attorney early on but was told no other attorney in the firm was available. “of course not.” This firm stole my funds, saddled me with the most incompetent “attorney” and did not take responsibility for anything. The potential clients that Eugenia states will be able to discern where the problem actually is; well, the three attorneys’ that I consulted after firing Eugenia were able to do it very easily. Just by reading the court transcripts they were able to see that my representation was incompetent. That was the word that kept resurfacing. One even stated that Eugenia did not address basic things like mediation. So, to Eugenia’s rebuttal to this review; I am sure that she will dodge the truth and vehemently defend herself. Too bad she is not just as adamant in defending her clients. The only word of advice that I have is that this “GROWN ADULT DAUGHTER” echo’s the sentiment of her mother. Yes, her mother, the one she seeks advice and guidance from. RUN, RUN, RUN, NOT ONLY RUN BUT HIDE FROM THIS ATTORNEY. SHE HASN’T GOT A CLUE! Shame on Eugenia Wallace and this law firm. I now see why your best of Gwinnett rating ended in 2016. It’s almost 2020!
In anticipation to your response, please feel free. I have nothing but time on my hands to go back and forth with you forever or at least until your rating has dropped to the one star that you still don’t deserve.

My daughter used this firm in her legitimization case. She was assigned Eugenia Wallace to represent her. Unfortunately, she found out the hard way that Ms. Wallace was incompetent. She was not even aware that in the state of Georgia a child does not automatically have to take the fathers name. There were many, many other instances where Eugenia lacked knowledge. She was outsmarted by a criminal defense lawyer in a family law case. She was more of a reactor instead of being proactive with her representation. The last straw was when Ms. Wallace was completely oblivious when told that there were discrepancies with the plaintiffs lawyer's version of the hearing. She did not even remember that it was transcribed. She is defensive when her shortcomings are brought to her attention. DO NOT TRUST THIS FIRM WITH YOUR PRECIOUS CHILDREN. Not only is Ms. Wallace incompetent. The firm and Tony Taylor are equally to blame. Not once, to my knowledge did another attorney or Mr. Taylor himself oversee what she was doing. Promises of oversight were made but this firm fell short on that as well. As I stated in my opening remarks: RUN! RUN! RUN!

Tony and Russell Taylor are very experienced and experts at managing thru the legal process. They handled a very complicated situation leveraging their experience and expertise to achieve the best outcome. I would recommend their services to others if needed.

I called this office for the good reviews, the attorneys might be very professional and great at what they do, but unfortunately the customer service that I received today from the receptionist did not show all the great work that previous comments praised.
My attempt in getting information for a situation that I have went south from the moment the lady who answered the phone cut me off to advise that if I needed “legal advise” I will need to contact the court house.
That’s why’s i called your office to seek legal advise from an attorney that knows about the matter, but apparently you only can get an appointment if you are looking for legal representation, not if you need assistance with questions that might have.
I do not have legal training and that’s why I called an attorney, usually people that will call is people seeking professional assistance since we do not know the terms and how things work.
Per your receptionist I will be contacting the court house and another firm that can actually advise and not only represent.
Your site is showing false advertising since you are not providing assistance with questions, only representation.

The excellent service received from Eugenia Wallace and Daniel & Taylor office, within 4 days time limit, in unusual conditions, helped me to regain my safety and peace of mind.

Great place if you in need of and attorney

They took my retainer. Cancelled custody hearings and charged me for cancelling them. I called to ask about rescheduling and they charged me for the phone call to ask about the hearing that John Smith cancelled. I was charged $70 to call and update my address. Opposing council filed contempt against me and it was never responded to, though I was billed for drafting the response. Phone calls were never returned. Emails were never returned, but they had no problem billing me for reviewing emails I sent them trying to figure out what was going on with my custody case. I was billed for several hours of my case being reviewed when it took less than 1/2 hour to read everything related to the case, beginning to end. I was billed for the attorney talking to members of my family that are not involved in the case at all. Then he said he used up the retainer and needed more money, even though he did NOTHING. In the end, the only thing I had to show for this firm's involvement in this case is an entry of service on record with the court and a withdrawal from service. No motions filed or responded to. $3000 taken and absolutely no progress made at all. I understand John Smith is no longer with the firm. If you want to make this right, finish my case and I'll change my review; until that happens it stands and will eventually be updated with more details of services I was billed for yet did not receive.

The support staff at the office was wonderful, but let's face it one retains an attorney for the attorney's services, not the staff. Our family's experience was dismal. Attorney Coates performed at the level of a first year law student. For our retainer and then some, we got the equivalent of a glorified paralegal. Not that there's anything wrong with paralegals, but we paid to be represented by an attorney in a custody case. While her motions were mostly filed in a timely manner, she completely abdicated her duties when it came representing our family in court. She barely opened her mouth, and did not even attempt to present the mountains of evidence she had us supply. Had she put up a vaillent effort, I of course would still be upset that the outcome was not in our favor, but I wouldn't be left with the feeling of being royally worked over, without a kiss afterwards or dinner beforehand.

I am working with Sherry and Celli all the way over in Arizona. They have made the long distance seem non-existent. I can't imagine being taken care of any better! They have made this whole process so much easier on me and I am forever grateful to both of them! Sherry went above and beyond and has been a delight to work with. John Smith represented me. Took my retainer for 3k and charged another 4k on top. Now they are suing me. So much to it but all I'm saying is I was not satisfied at all. Beware. Find someone that truly cares about your case.

Worst experience of my life come to them vulnerable and upset about custody battle thought that they had my best interest at heart I hired attorney Steve power paid $5,000 for a retainer come to find out John Smith was the attorney representing me I was nothing but a dollar sign to him it did very little for me and charge me a lot I paid over $10,000 and lost mycase once my case was over with I was told that I was paid in full I got sent a bill I called John Smith and asked him about my bill I thought that I was paid in full I was told I know I said that to you but there's going to be a little more but I'll work with you don't pay anything until you hear from me so I didn't months later I got a bill for another $1,000 and I was being charged interest on the money that I was told not to worry about then they tried prolong it even longer and charge me even more interest by telling me that they would work on it with me they never once worked on it I paid over $11,000 to these people was nothing but The Money Pit all they care about is money not you or your family or anything that has to do with happiness I strongly advise people to steer away from this Law Firm they are all about themselves
