I had a total of three lawsuits using this firm. They settled one and completely dropped the other two. I worked with Egli and she would never call back and promised litigation if that's what it took to win. One of the three cases was my wife's and they totally dropped the ball and waited almost until the statue of limitations ran out before dropping the case. I do not reccomend this firm.

Unfortunately, my experience with this law firm was horrible. Once I receive my auto settlement I was not able to cash my check with their bank. After dealing with the extreme wait (for the bank to verify the check), the embarrassment and fear of being accused of a fraudulent check at the bank, not one time but TWICE. Rebecca offered to wire the money to my account however, I was not comfortable with them wiring anything to my personal account when I couldn't cash the check with their bank. The following morning, I drove a hour to meet Rebecca for her to go to the bank and get the issue resolved. Still, had the same issue that I experienced the day before. After almost hour she just gave me cash. This experience was extremely uncomfortable and honestly could've went a different way.

Rebecca and her firm did a great job on my case I really recommend them.

I was involved in a car accident in September of 2018, today (July 16th, 2019) I received my settlement check. In the ten months since signing my paperwork to allow Ms. Sapp to be my representation I have spoken to her personally once (the day my settlement check came in) and her staff members four times. The majority of these interactions had to be initiated by me as I went months without having any update on my case. One specific example that stands out to me is in January of 2019 I contacted the office to notify them that I ceased attending the chiropractor that they recommended to me because I didn't believe the sessions were relieving any of my pain from the accident. I asked to be referred to a medical doctor do see if there were any underlying issues, my request was never granted.

After months of no communication I essentially believed I would not be hearing from them again and gave up on the idea that I would receive any pay out from this accident which I still feel pain in my left hip from.
On July 3rd 2019 I was finally contacted stating that my settlement check would be arriving in two weeks.

Today when I went to pick up my check I was not introduced to Ms. Sapp and again solely dealt with her staff. Which would not have been a big issue. However, Ana made me extremely uncomfortable. Before signing and documentation to obtain my check she asked me to leave the firm a Google review which I thought was odd but agreed simply because I wanted to get my check and go. Ana stated that she would go get me an envelope for my check while I wrote the review. Five minutes later she came back with no envelope and asked if I had gotten the opportunity to leave a review. She then proceeded to pull her phone out and check if I had truly left a review. I did not. I had to rush to leave one to avoid an uncomfortable situation because again, I just wanted to leave. After I showed her a hastily written review on my phone Ana took a photo of my phone screen with her phone as proof that I did in fact leave one.

Before saying our goodbyes so I could finally leave Ana asked me to take down her personal phone number so we could meet up for coffee and she could introduce me to her mentors (that she boasted about being able to retire at ages 26 and 27) who would be able to help me, "move up in life" so I "wouldn't have to be stuck doing what I'm doing". Ma'am, I'm not sure what kind of pyramid scheme you're trying to get people involved with but I'm not interested.

I don't have much experience with law firms but as a 24 year old I know these actions are not professional and would not recommend the Rebecca Kay Sapp Law Firm to my worst enemy.
