The young woman who I spoke with about the consultantation was super helpful. She is the only reason I can give 2 stars at this point. The people at the front desk are ridiculously rude. I informed them I was here for a consultation and the gentleman acted confused that I didn’t have an intake form filled out. Was not informed I needed one. After spending time filling that out I handed the paperwork back and sat down. Im someone who sits with my feet tucked under me a lot. Especially in stressful situations such as this one. The girl at the desk finally looked up and spoke. She informed me I needed to remove my feet from the chair. Then went back to discussing why some idiot is on 285, bad mouthing everything. Girl, get it together and go to a break room if you feel the need to gossip. 20 minutes after my appointment was supposed to start and Im still sitting here waiting. Hopefully I can update this review after I meet with the Lawyer.

This has been the worst experience of my life. I walked into this office in July of 2018 for a chapter 13 repayment plan consultation ONLY, just to find out that they “accidentally filed a chapter 13” on my behalf even after I informed them that I didn’t care to proceed. This right here has literally destroyed my life!!! And every time I call the excuses get worse and worse. Why? Lord why? I need an attorney for the attorney.
