I have had a lot of success working with Founders Legal over the last couple years. Sad to see the 1 stars, I haven't had any communication issues. My main communication is method is email. I have found they are very attentive and helpful over phone as well. Special thanks to Yuri and David for providing great service.

Don’t ever use them I called them everyday an either my attorney on break or running late this is horrible. An I wish these people would say I’m not in their records I will pull receipts an emails up don’t play do better !

Every time I call up for the past couple months everyone is always busy or at lunch. I can't get in contact with them at all. I left at least 20 voicemails this is ridiculous.

They are the ABSOLUTE WORST. Their communication sucks.

I'll cut to the chase. I have filed for one patent and two trademarks with Founders Legal. I had been advised not to pursue the patent by a previous IP firm as they didn't believe we could convince the USPTO to award us protection on our invention. Not only did Yuri rewrite our application (after the previous firm's submission was rejected by the USPTO), but he spent extensive time working with our examiner until we were awarded the patent on our invention. Additionally, I needed to trademark the name for our product and Andrei worked with the examiner until the mark was ours. I still have another trademark making its way through the review process and I have complete confidence in Founders Legal's ability to secure it for my company.

TL;DR - Founders Legal is professional, they set reasonable expectations upfront and then they bust their tales working to get their clients the best result possible.

Honestly, I can't praise enough the entire Founders Legal team. Not only they are very knowledgeable and professional (and super reasonable too).... but they also go out of their way to get you the best possible outcome. I've used the firm for both Intellectual Property filings and for various corporate matters; and in every instance, I felt I was working with a partner and not just a lawyer.
