From the day after my son and I were involved in a car accident , I called J. Sanders Law office and had the pleasure of speaking with Aisha Washington. She has done a fantastic job of making me feel that I was with the right law firm and that Julian Sanders would work hard to ensure I was comfortable enough to proceed in this matter . Her communication was always pleasant and comforting in this busy process . There are so many things that race through your mind after you are involved in a car accident , but she made me feel at ease that it would go a lot smother with Julian Sanders representing me! I really am appreciative that she answered that day I called! She’s been amazing and this experience has been less chaotic because of her !

Trash !!! They didn’t do anything I still have thousands of dollars worth of Doctor bills!! Only received my rent for settlement check!! Them being your representation they do not have the best interest at heart. They only care about getting your case close. So they get they money. I’m very disappointed!!!

After my car accident, I called 911 and immediately after I called Julian Sanders. The Real Julian Sanders took my call. He was dealing with a family emergency at the time, and had his office follow up with me the next day. I had the pleasure of working with Tamahi P for the majority of my dealings. She provided excellent customer service and timely updates. There were significant delays communicating with the insurance company, however Tamahi made sure I was well informed via calls and emails as updates were made available. My experience with Attorney Julian Sanders and assistants at the law firm has been extremely frustrating from 2016- present. My particular case involved myself and one other party, I was struck by their vehicle after they made an illegal turn being instructed by a non official. Throughout the years after hiring Mr. Sanders as my attorney I received a 1 call in reference to my case and the rest were me calling at least twice every 3 months for a status update. Each time calling there was a different case manager assigned to my case(which is understandable, people move on) however myself as the client should never feel the change or simply feel that there is no communication within the firm. Recently, late 2019 I was told by an employee of Mr. Sanders my case was settle, which I later found out to be incorrect after I was supposedly recorded to agree or disagree to the settled amount. I did perhaps agree until I was then told later that was incorrect and the person who told me no longer works in the Law Firm. Fast forward it’s now January 2020 and my second deposition is scheduled with an unknown date. With the lack of communication and false things being told to myself of the course of 4 years I scheduled an appointment to personal speak with Mr. Sanders to understand is the normal practice in his office and where exactly do we go from here. This complaint is not because of a check or simply being in need of funds, however it’s to let everyone know to do your due diligence when searching for an attorney, making sure you read reviews and be transparent on the type of communication you feel you should have as a client.

My case worker Tamahia is horrible with communicating. I consistently had to call her to find status of my case. If I didn't call, she never was going to reach out to me, THIS IS NOT RIGHT!!! I am going to get rid of this law firm in addition to calling the radio station, news, and let entire Atlanta know about this company deceiving people. I never heard from anybody besides when I call. My case manager was Erin, she does not keep you updated with anything it’s like you have to keep calling them to get answers. I call them one day and they tell me someone else is over my case which they still haven’t told me this I had to call them to find that information out. It’s like I have to do their job. Oh when you ask to speak to Mr Sanders he is never in the office. Once I called them again they tell me the case has been dismissed when I haven’t heard from them in about 2 months. SMH I wouldn’t recommend this company to anybody!

Terrible service. If I could leave no stars I would! Called in to seek legal help was put on hold 3 times, rep was very rude and was not interested in what I had to say. Explained what happen to her, was put on hold when she came back she says what can I help with as I go to explain she cuts me off and puts on hold again. Then finally comes back and says no we won’t help, there nothing we can do, asked if there was any legal advice she could lend she responds I told you no there’s nothing y’all to someone else or your insurance. This was the worst experience ever!!! I’m beyond joyed I will not be working with them and highly suggest working with any other company besides them.

Elizabeth was my case manager, great and very professional! Since she is no longer works there....I have had to constantly call to find out the status of my case. When I do call...I am on hold for 20 mins at at time, no one gets back in the phone, I have to call back, only to be on hold for 20 mins again...this occurred 4x!! This is unacceptable, very unprofessional xx and not good customer service. I am waiting on my settlement and have not heard anything from anyone! I even referred people to this law firm and they are also very dissatisfied with their services!! Unfortunately, I had another accident and I went to another firm that has been very professional. Based upon the commercials, they need to be charged with false advertisement!! I’m highly disappointed and they want get a percentage of my settlement!! I sure hope I will benefit after being hit while stopped at approximately 55mph!! UNACCEPTABLE!!

Wow...after reading all of the reviews. I wish I would have did my research before I gave my case to Julian Sanders law firm. This firm constantly transfers your case over to different case workers, an that's very unprofessional. They never call you back an when someone does call it's the same story. My case has been in there hand for over 10 months now, an my insurance company has paid them. So, what is the hold up? They are claiming they're waiting from a document from my insurance company. I have does document where it was paid, but they need the one from the insurance company. I called an the company has responded to there request. This is exactly why we don't have any trust nor faith in Black Enterprises like we should. To gain trust...you have to be trustworthy an professional. I just sorry that I didn't do my research first.

I was sent to a chiropractor of their choice, which didn't help me at all. I am still in pain. I finally got a settlement 2 years later. I called another attorney and was told that my settlement should have been much higher. This "law firm" is a complete joke. I tried to fire them after I consulted with Jon Foyer, but they fought me tooth and nail even though they didn't do any work in my case. Please don't use this guy and his staff.

My original case manager on the other hand and I'm not name dropping but I'm hoping my case manager switch over to Elizabeth since everybody's saying she does a great job. Mr. Dean was professional. Only real issue I had was cashing the check, no one advised me to go to their bank and just cash it so that whole ordeal really messed me amd my bank accounts up. It wasn't their fault but it just wasn't explained to me.

I wish they had no stars. This is the worst law firm in Atlanta. I got into a accident 1 year ago where a cab driver ran into my vehicle. They gave me a run around. They did the bare minimum to help me! long story short I waited almost 2 years only to get back $175 from this law firm plus they weren’t able to pay my hospital bills. I wasted my time Messing with this man and his employees. Candace and keicia was working on my case and I must say they didn’t do a good job. Take my advice don’t waste your time with this law firm.

Mr. Sanders’ Firm was amazing!. They all were very helpful. The Firm operates as a team and no matter who I spoke with they were all amazing. My favorite was Audrey and Brittney. They both were very helpful with closing my file quickly.

8/26/19 I am currently filing a grievance with the Georgia Bar Association. 8 months after taking my case they’ve decided not to litigate my case because they believe I’ll lose. Car still totaled. Bills still outstanding.

I worked with PAULA and MALAYSHIA and they were very professional and handled my case in a timely manner, there to answer questions and provide assistance wherever needed . If anyone needs a good lawyer I’ll recommend this firm . Thanks guys

My sister was just in accident I look at the reviews and I will not advise my sister to call. I hear him all the time on the radio station. But these reviews tell a different story.

You know I had high hopes for this firm.. They took on my case knowingly it was an 8 car impact involving 2 commercial trucks. These people waited months after they have sent me to physical therapy on a FRIDAY to tell me they dropping my case. Like you guys read the police report, yes nobody was issued a citation but I was a victim and they did not fight for me at all. THEY JUST GAVE UP BC IT WAS TO MUCH HOMEWORK FOR THEM. I've been waiting a month for "my check to arrived". The service in the beginning was great but the past 6 weeks, between the receptionist, the accountant, and being talked over by my current account manager, I am not happy with the service. I definitely won't hire them again or refer them.

These people are Horrible they never call me back they are always away from the desk they never have any information about my case the lady who was working on my case didn’t even know that my son was in the car when the accident happened they never helped me they are absolutely horrible please pick any other law office unless you wanna get the run around

I've been waiting 6 months to hear something about my case have to call no one calls you to let you know any thing an when I call never get to speak to the person I'm asking for bad business will never ever use them again I'm still waiting after 8 months after accident for answers never ever delt with a law firm like this. They send you to voicemail or the person is always busy

You never hear from the office about your case no matter how many times you call and ask for someone to call and update you. 80% of the time when you call to speak to the person handling your case, they say hold on and transfer you to a voicemail in which I'm guessing never get listened to because no one ever returns calls. When a blue moon comes, I get to speak to someone who's thorough, but not the person who's handling my case

Based off of the reviews it sounds like I should ask for my case to be switched to Elizabeth because the young ones Ayushi and Cynthia are not good at communicating. Maybe because my case is not “big enough” so they give them to the ones just starting out. I don’t really know but my experience with this firm makes me wish I had gone to a firm more professional. I’m the one having to constantly follow up. Calls, emails and messages go unreturned and no matter what time of the day I call the Receptionist always has a tone that suggests she doesn’t like her job. It is really sad and embarrassing when one tries to support their “culture” and receive unprofessional treatment. Then they wonder why. It’s quite disturbing to say the least.

My experience with Attorney Sanders law firm was commendable. I worked with Elizabeth, Steven and Candice and they are very professional. Elizabeth was my main contact and she was very prompt, cordial, friendly and professional. She kept me informed as needed. Each time that I contacted her she was always accommodating. I recommend this firm to everyone needing an Attorney. The law firm is Amazing.

I have been given the run around as well but when I confronted them about it they were up front and took responsibility and apologetically told me where things went wrong. They also vowed that my case would not be put to the side again. So for this I will remain hopeful and respectfully understand that everything has imperfections. My accident didn’t break bones but it has altered my life. Because of my injury I can’t work in the industry that I’ve worked for years. I’m a single mother of five changing her career because of an car accident. My stress has turned into anxiety and My case manger Candice has been very patient with my impatience to say the least.
