I arrived at the MMH MIdtown Office (November 15, 2019), the front office staff and closing attorney were courteous and professional. The issue began prior to that.

In the series of email exchanges prior to closing between the QI and myself, I found my primary contact (Amos) to be presumptuous, rude, and curtly unprofessional.

I have been in the real estate business for +30 years, and realize how important customer-centric service can be. I reached out to share my experience with a MMH manager (Shoemaker), but i never received a returned call, text, or email after reaching out.

Disappointing that a few can taint the good work of the an entire team. I welcome a senior MMH manager to reach out if greater detail is desired.

I needed a real estate attorney to review some documents for a family house closing at the last minute. I was lucky enough to be referred to one of the firm's lawyers, Dal Burton. He is the nicest guy! Everything was moving so fast. I was super stressed, as I'd never sold a house before. Dal took time to review my documents and explain all the legal terms I didn't understand. I felt so much more at ease knowing I'd had the documents reviewed by someone whom I could trust to represent my interests. Dal is a clear and responsive communicator both by phone and email. He was patient with all of my questions. He was thorough and down in the details. Exactly everything you could hope for in a real estate lawyer. I would definitely work with him again.

Refinanced my house with Brendan at MMH as closing attorney, and he completely botched our property taxes in pre-closing (which he had our previous property tax records). So now do we ,not only, have a shortage in our escrow account that we have to make up ,but also, our monthly mortgage payments have to be adjusted to make up for the incorrect property tax he filed. When this discrepancy was brought to MMH attention nothing was done on their part, just a "whoops, we messed up bc we were busy". I guess lawyers aren't liable for their mistakes. Not worth the refinance!

The seller selected MMH firm for closing on my first property. They were extremely professional and helpful in explaining the closing process. Even after closing, they didn't mind answering any of my (stupid) questions.
